I cannot express how TERRIBLE my experience was with this company. The day laborers they hired on the front end seemed competent, but as they unloaded the truck, I saw so many of my boxes marked “fragile” with MULTIPLE stickers SMASHED underneath heavy boxes, fragile boxes with clear markings being brought in upside down. They brought our belongings into our new home with the respect of items brought to a junkyard. They stacked the heaviest boxes (marked “HEAVY” on all sides) on tip of my most fragile and prized possessions. They absolutely demolished multiple pieces of furniture, including a desk worth several hundred dollars, storage units, the floors of our new apartment, and countless other items we’ve yet to come across in the absolute heap they threw our boxes into. My home now looks as if I hired a few idiots off of Craigslist to ruin my belongings and new home. The only day laborer who took the time to be kind and respectful, and ask where we would like boxes to be put, was fired for taking too long, and was given no pay for the multiple hours he worked. He was told it was due to disrespect towards my mother, who felt he was the most respectful of the three. With the damage they have done, and the way they have stacked the damage, I will not even be able to sufficiently go through my belongings to submit a claim for the losses, due to the sheer amount of effort that will go into attempting to even get to the boxes they stacked behind furniture. I almost suspect this was done purposefully, knowing they had done damage and did not want to be responsible. The only furniture that survived was what was wrapped by myself, they even removed some of my protective cellophane, which I cannot understand or find a reasonable explanation for. They did this in such a terrible way that it was only possible to find once the damage had been done. I believe they took advantage of the fact that I had to be in the lobby by building policy, to hide my mothers items, who was in the home, and cloak them in my destroyed slag heap of boxes. I’m not even remotely exaggerating when I say I’ve seen better organization at a small town dump. Be aware if you book with another company, and your contract is sold to these people, your property will not be cared for or packed properly unless you load the truck yourself, which defeats the entire purpose of hiring these hacks. At this point, they have cost us more money than it did to hire them to move us. It sounds incredibly ridiculous, but we would’ve saved money if we had bought all new furniture. And to note, this is minimum 5k worth of furniture and we will likely have to replace, almost half of what they moved. This was simply a man with a truck and a contract who robbed me of my fresh start. I was trying to start my life over, and due to this move, I will be starting my new life with debt I never had. Since drafting this, I have only found more damage to my belongings. They’re offering 60¢ per pound of items they damaged. If a man named Eli comes to move your home, you’re in for hell.
I left this review on Facebook as well, you will likely be contacted after a bad review, as I was. If a company will not treat me, my family, or my property with the care it deserves, I will inform as much of the public as possible. My friends and family came and saw the state my apartment was left in, and I was heavily encouraged to leave this review. I am not one to take time to leave a negative review, in fact I believe most, if not all, of my ratings on this account are to praise businesses. But this is where many people vet services, and I would feel terrible to not let others know of my experience. As much as the voice note my mother was left was an apology, it was more excuses than anything. I will not be coaxed out of removing or not posting bad reviews. If I was properly compensated by the company for my damages, I would feel very differently.
As for an edit, I cannot officially state the fired mover was not paid, he told me he was not paid and I cannot prove otherwise.

I gave the 2 stars because Jennifer, the associate who initially helped me set up this service was an absolute dream! She was so polite and informative. She was very quick to respond when I asked questions and just overall was such a pleasure to work with. The crew who came to pick up my things in Houston worked very quickly and efficiently, with the exception of one of the movers attempting to prop his foot up on my boxed TV to tie his shoe, everything was good. The dispatch/delivery team however, was an absolute nightmare! I would've never used this company had I known the other half of this process would be so horrible. First, at pick up, they asked me to provide my 1st available date to receive delivery, which was about 1 1/2 weeks after pickup but they didn't even attempt to coordinate my delivery until after the date I had given. The person I spoke to about this Evelin, was very rude and unprofessional. She said she would call me back with an update and she didn't. When a week had passed and I hadn't heard from her, I attempted to reach out to her and she ignored me ( I have the emails and texts to show). I asked repeatedly for an ETA ("estimated" date of arrival) and could never get an answer. Then, when they finally scheduled the delivery, they tried to scam me into paying an additional $500 (at min) lying saying the delivery truck couldn't access my apartment so they would have to do shuttle service to deliver my things (transfer from the big truck to a small one). When I tried to tell her they could in fact access my building, she was very rude, talking over me, arguing that my paperwork stated additional fees could apply, but there was no reason for them to charge me for this service when the truck could come straight to me. I asked to speak to a manager and she lied saying she was the manager. It was just such a horrible experience and this was all 3 weeks after they had initially picked up my things. She finally abandoned that scam and conceded that the driver could in fact come directly to me, which was great, but the condition of my boxes once they arrived was simply atrocious. There was a stain on my rug, they cut my wardrobe boxes in half, boxes marked with bright red fragile stickers were completely demolished, it was horrendous. As of now, I'm still assessing the damages but people please, if you value your belongings and want an honest, positive moving experience, use someone else.

They were hired as a 3PL for another moving company. They broke things inside my home and pinned it on the driver to pay. We also later discovered the driver damaged mailboxes in the neighborhood and HOA is charging us $500. When you are hiring a mover get someone that handles A to Z... these companies hire eachother then play hot potato when something goes wrong.

They are the worst company to hire for moving across the state. They have had my furniture since September 24th and it is now October 2nd. Apparently , it's still in the warehouse in Houston. When you call, they give don't you any answers as to why or any estimate time of when they will deliver you furniture. I was told I'd have my stuff on Friday by the crew that picked up my furniture. Again, here we are and no furniture. I have an elderly father who has been sleeping in my car since hotels are getting pricey, and we were told we'd have are stuff by now. Just beware of this company. Also, they have $5,000 that I already paid them and another $2700 when they finally deliver my stuff.

We just used this company for a local move and they did an excellent job. The movers were friendly and very careful with our items. Moving is a stressful experience, so it’s
very helpful to have good movers!
