provided all my information address etc. and confirmed… they argued with me on the phone once I was able to contact the supervisor claiming they called me but I have nothing. What was the point of confirming the night before ?! nnFurther more the main mover guy was extremely rude and had a horrible attitude when moving my items around which was making me feel uncomfortable, the other young man was great and tried his best to do his job with the other guy who has attitude. Overall they moved my stuff but it wasn’t professionally and they had a horrible attitude what was the point of confirming and setting this up with a time for them to show up late and to do a half ass. :/ it was extremely expensive which I don’t mind if the job was done professionally. (Which it wasn’t) nnMy husband with the owner on the phone who said he would call us back to fix the situation and never called us back! It’s been a week! I tried to get the situation fixed! Or at least a partial refund for the time that I spent waiting and the horrible attitude that their workers had it was very inconvenient and threw off my whole day because of the time situation and the attitude was just very unprofessional. nnI will be leaving a review on all social media platforms as well as the BBB I hopes nobody wastes their time with this company. nn1 STAR ⭐️

I hired John Ferguson to move my household after reading excellent reviews. I have been beyond disappointed. First, he sent a 3 man crew to move a 3,192 sq ft house with a 500 sq ft casita with only a local truck and trailer. After 2 loads for both the truck and trailer, all goods were not moved and I had to hire someone else to finish. None of his employees could back a trailer. They hit my gate and messed it up. One of my friends fixed it when Mr. Ferguson did not. While unpacking, I discovered 3 pieces of treasured pottery broken. Two pieces were very delicate pottery crosses. I told his employees I would pack those. Well, they put them in bubble wrap on the BOTTOM of a box with a lamp and an I-Robot on top. One is absolutely shattered. They put a pottery bowl in a box of heavy vases, with very little wrapping; it's in too many pieces to repair. Mr. Ferguson's response was for me to glue it back together. And, a portion of my Stickley library table is missing. He has failed to respond to my text regarding that. I cannot recommend John Ferguson Moving & Storage.

I got at least 5 estimates and read many reviews on Google and I asked on Nextdoor and I was referred to this company and so I chose them and I have never had a WORSE EXPERIENCE !!! Started off just getting there , their employee Carlos was rude, whining about parking the truck , not wanting to load this or that , loading 1 bin at a time and just being rude . It was more his attitude and the way he talked to me that was inappropriate. Long story short , he spit inside my house , threw a valuable painting and broke it on purpose because I saw him , broke a wood file cabinet etc. I called the company immediately and thankfully a great guy Mike came out and was super nice and said “he’d work on the price for all the headaches. Mike had to leave and the owner decided to leave Carlos working and he should NEVER HAVE ! He threw my stuff , stacked bins wherever and so his coworkers had to re do everything and so they took forever! !!! Long story short later that night on a $465 estimate they wanted to charge me $1700! Then 1200???? They didn’t even finish AND two bags of tools were taken or misplaced or whatever and a window broken and the owner didn’t even try to call me or anything ! It’s management’s responsibility to NOT SEND WORKERS WITH A HISTORY OF BAD BEHAVIOR . DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS ESPECIALLY IF CARLOS IS AROUND !!! Kristen will try to get as much money out of you as possible! Very disappointing and now I need to file suit for the damages to my home and stuff as no one even fixed that as promised ! Shady company !
Moving is always stressful. Working with a company that listens, is responsive and ensures quality service greatly reduces the stress. We hired John Ferguson to pack, load, store and deliver to two different locations just over 18,000 lbs of household goods. A complicated move.
We are a military family that has moved often and have seen the best and the worst of this industry. Our move with John Ferguson was hands down the best move we’ve ever had.
Our pack and load took a bit longer than usual as the crew was smaller than we’ve had in the past. They communicated well with us — showing up when they said they would and making adjustments when we felt things needed to be done differently.
Usually when our household goods have gone into storage we’ve seen a painful amount of damage. This time we only had almost no damage! Such a relief!
Our unload day went very smoothly and the team stayed until we were satisfied with every aspect.

John Ferguson Moving & Storage was literally the answer to our prayers.
My daughter and son-in-law had an horrific moving experience with another moving company who left about a third of the contents of their 3-bedroom home behind because it exceeded their over-the-phone estimate of their weight limit.
My daughter had to report to her new job, so my husband and I told her we'd take care of getting the remainder of the contents of their home to them.
We began our planning process to rent a truck, load it, and drive it to them from El Paso to North Carolina... until we received a flyer in my daughter's mailbox for John Ferguson Moving & Storage. Whether it was fate, or divine intervention, our prayers were answered. Mike provided an on-sight estimate and gave a very fair quote.
I'm sorry that I did not get the names of the gentleman who helped with the first part of the move, but on Super Bowl Sunday, they showed up and did an outstanding job packing up the rest of the house. They never complained about carrying bookshelves and heavy items down a narrow staircase, and they were most appreciative of the meal we provided them; great group of guys!
The second part of the move was just completed. Marcus and his crew delivered and set up the items. The hardware for mounting the television was misplaced during the move, and these gentleman went and purchased a kit to mount the television for them.
My daughter is pregnant, and the help these gentleman provided her and my son-in-law is so greatly appreciated!
We are so satisfied with this moving company, that we have scheduled a local move with them for next week.

We had a great move with this company! They simply could not have been kinder or more flexible from beginning to end. I got at least 5 estimates and read many reviews on Google and I asked on Nextdoor and I was referred to this company and so I chose them and I have never had a WORSE EXPERIENCE !!! Started off just getting there , their employee Carlos was rude, whining about parking the truck , not wanting to load this or that , loading 1 bin at a time and just being rude . It was more his attitude and the way he talked to me that was inappropriate. Long story short , he spit inside my house , threw a valuable painting and broke it on purpose because I saw him , broke a wood file cabinet etc. I called the company immediately and thankfully a great guy Mike came out and was super nice and said “he’d work on the price for all the headaches. Mike had to leave and the owner decided to leave Carlos working and he should NEVER HAVE ! He threw my stuff , stacked bins wherever and so his coworkers had to re do everything and so they took forever! !!! Long story short later that night on a $465 estimate they wanted to charge me $1700! Then 1200???? They didn’t even finish AND two bags of tools were taken or misplaced or whatever and a window broken and the owner didn’t even try to call me or anything ! It’s management’s responsibility to NOT SEND WORKERS WITH A HISTORY OF BAD BEHAVIOR . DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS ESPECIALLY IF CARLOS IS AROUND !!! Kristen will try to get as much money out of you as possible! Very disappointing and now I need to file suit for the damages to my home and stuff as no one even fixed that as promised ! Shady company !
Moving is always stressful. Working with a company that listens, is responsive and ensures quality service greatly reduces the stress. We hired John Ferguson to pack, load, store and deliver to two different locations just over 18,000 lbs of household goods. A complicated move.
We are a military family that has moved often and have seen the best and the worst of this industry. Our move with John Ferguson was hands down the best move we’ve ever had.
Our pack and load took a bit longer than usual as the crew was smaller than we’ve had in the past. They communicated well with us — showing up when they said they would and making adjustments when we felt things needed to be done differently.
Usually when our household goods have gone into storage we’ve seen a painful amount of damage. This time we only had almost no damage! Such a relief!
Our unload day went very smoothly and the team stayed until we were satisfied with every aspect.
At every turn I felt John Ferguson went above and beyond to ensure we were given top quality service.

John Ferguson Moving & Storage was literally the answer to our prayers.
My daughter and son-in-law had an horrific moving experience with another moving company who left about a third of the contents of their 3-bedroom home behind because it exceeded their over-the-phone estimate of their weight limit.
My daughter had to report to her new job, so my husband and I told her we'd take care of getting the remainder of the contents of their home to them.
We began our planning process to rent a truck, load it, and drive it to them from El Paso to North Carolina... until we received a flyer in my daughter's mailbox for John Ferguson Moving & Storage. Whether it was fate, or divine intervention, our prayers were answered. Mike provided an on-sight estimate and gave a very fair quote.
I'm sorry that I did not get the names of the gentleman who helped with the first part of the move, but on Super Bowl Sunday, they showed up and did an outstanding job packing up the rest of the house. They never complained about carrying bookshelves and heavy items down a narrow staircase, and they were most appreciative of the meal we provided them; great group of guys!
The second part of the move was just completed. Marcus and his crew delivered and set up the items. The hardware for mounting the television was misplaced during the move, and these gentleman went and purchased a kit to mount the television for them.
My daughter is pregnant, and the help these gentleman provided her and my son-in-law is so greatly appreciated!
We are so satisfied with this moving company, that we have scheduled a local move with them for next week.

We had a great move with this company! They simply could not have been kinder or more flexible from beginning to end. Our movers, Adrain and Mike, were super professional and carefully wrapped all of our furniture to prevent damage or soiling. They treated our home like it was their own and kept us informed every step of the way. They cleaned up after themselves from departure site to destination.
