provided all my information address etc. and confirmed… they argued with me on the phone once I was able to contact the supervisor claiming they called me but I have nothing. What was the point of confirming the night before ?! nnFurther more the main mover guy was extremely rude and had a horrible attitude when moving my items around which was making me feel uncomfortable, the other young man was great and tried his best to do his job with the other guy who has attitude. Overall they moved my stuff but it wasn’t professionally and they had a horrible attitude what was the point of confirming and setting this up with a time for them to show up late and to do a half ass. :/ it was extremely expensive which I don’t mind if the job was done professionally. (Which it wasn’t) nnMy husband with the owner on the phone who said he would call us back to fix the situation and never called us back! It’s been a week! I tried to get the situation fixed! Or at least a partial refund for the time that I spent waiting and the horrible attitude that their workers had it was very inconvenient and threw off my whole day because of the time situation and the attitude was just very unprofessional. nnI will be leaving a review on all social media platforms as well as the BBB I hopes nobody wastes their time with this company. nn1 STAR ⭐️

SHOWED UP OVER AN HOUR LATEnMOVERS HAD HORRIBLE Attitude and was nagging the whole time I confirm the night before my address and all my information I picked this company to avoid issues and had nothing but issues the owner was supposed to give me a call back to fix the issues and never did it’s been a week I really recommend do not waste your time with this company. Extremely unprofessional and LATE!! They’ll make u wait and do not answer your calls. I waited an hour and nobody would call or answer me.

I hired John Ferguson to move my household after reading excellent reviews. I have been beyond disappointed. First, he sent a 3 man crew to move a 3,192 sq ft house with a 500 sq ft casita with only a local truck and trailer. After 2 loads for both the truck and trailer, all goods were not moved and I had to hire someone else to finish. None of his employees could back a trailer. They hit my gate and messed it up. One of my friends fixed it when Mr. Ferguson did not. While unpacking, I discovered 3 pieces of treasured pottery broken. Two pieces were very delicate pottery crosses. I told his employees I would pack those. Well, they put them in bubble wrap on the BOTTOM of a box with a lamp and an I-Robot on top. One is absolutely shattered. They put a pottery bowl in a box of heavy vases, with very little wrapping; it's in too many pieces to repair. Mr. Ferguson's response was for me to glue it back together. And, a portion of my Stickley library table is missing. He has failed to respond to my text regarding that. I cannot recommend John Ferguson Moving & Storage.

The best!! We moved a baby grand piano and I was very worried about the process but everything went perfectly from speaking to Christian and Kylee on the phone to the moving process. Our movers Tristan, Jesus, and Raul were very fast, very hardworking, and very kind and helpful people. Everyone was amazing and our piano arrived safe and sound. We are extremely happy with the service we received all around. Our movers especially were all amazing!

We highly recommend John Ferguson Moving & Storage in El Paso, TX. It's stressful finding and hiring movers, and that's why I wanted to leave this review. Ferguson Moving is wonderful to work with. I have waited to make this post because I wanted to ensure ample time for the company to make it right.
In April I scheduled our move from El Paso to California with John Ferguson Moving and Storage. They came out gave a quote that was the most reasonable quote I could find. Another family had used them to load and said they had done an awesome job and so I went with it.
They also offered a cleaning ($500) and a month of free storage (I had already planned to pay for storage so this was helpful). We were moving into a new house and wouldn’t know exactly when it would be done.
When they came to pack up our items at the end of May, we were all set. I labeled places that didn’t need to be packed with tape and made clear everything else needed to go. The packers were ATROCIOUS! I have never had anyone pack so unorganized. They went around from room to room seemingly just throwning things in boxes (my mom was there not me, I had to work). My husband was already gone and I was left with my 4 kids to get this done. When I came home they had arrived at 11 left at 4 and less than half of my home was in boxes (it was supposed to be a two day pack).
They came back the next day (it seemed the crew had trouble knowing who was in charge) they were to finish packing and load the truck. When I came home I found 4 boxes upstairs, my back yard with stuff all spread around, it was such a mess. They were supposed to come clean the next day. I called and said then they came to clean they needed to bring a truck to pick up the rest of the stuff. They asked if they could change the day for the cleaning because they had been at our home “so late” the night before. I was accommodating. I came to the home the next day the person that came to take the rest of my items had to be told MULTIPLE times what to take (which was EVERYTHING) 🙄
Then I waited to have the home clean. They did a mediocre job at best, not worth $500. They were there from about 12-3. I just let it go, at this point I was just happy to have the house packed.
In the Middle of May our construction company said they could have our home ready by the end of June. I called the company and requested our items be delivered June 29th. The week before the Ferguson’s called me asking if they could move UP my delivery. I said no idt so because my closing date was the end of June, but that I’d ask. I responded to them that I needed to keep the original date. The day before 6/28 they called telling me they had a problem with my stuff fitting and if they could move my delivery to the following Monday, I said “no I need my stuff on our date” (at this point I’m wondering how they barely figured out they had a problem) they said something about having the driver of choice. They said okay work with us we can deliver a majority of the items and just keep our the bikes and a grill cause it doesn’t fit and then bring those on Monday 7/1. I said fine. (BIG MISTAKE) I should have let them hold it and get the money they would have owed for every day delayed because we are now almost to 8/1 missing our other items with no future date of delivery.
It’s kind of weird too because we got all my husbands tools EXCEPT his Milwaukee drill, I have my rug padding, no rug, my picture frames and work out mirror but not my art work.
Not to mention how many items were ruined because the packers had done such a horrible job.
Anyway if you made it this far DO NOT USE John Ferguson Moving and Storage!

I can’t say enough good things about John Ferguson himself, his workers and his company. John first came to our house for an estimate. He was on time and the estimate he gave me was almost exactly what the final total for the move was. John was then very accommodating as we had to reschedule the move not once but twice due to delays on our end.
When moving day arrived the workers who came were like a machine. They worked non stop for over 12 hours. I was skeptical the move could be accomplished in one day but I’m very glad I was proven wrong. All the furniture, boxes and especially my kids playground set arrived in great shape and was reassembled by his movers.
All in all it was a great experience. I hope we are in our forever house but I know if I ever need to move again, John Ferguson will be my first call.
