Buyers beware; I have used MANY moving companies in my adult life (I am 62). I have to say that this company does NOT deliver any class services at all. I hired them to move my family from Bryan, TX to Amarillo about 2 years ago and they did more than $5000 in damages and some things that they broke were more than 100 years old. They damaged thing like a brand new 65 inch TV, a Piano that is not made any more so parts are not able to be procured, a candy dish that was valued at $2000 that was handed down by 5 generations of my wife's family, snow globs that my mother passed down before she passed away, to my youngest daughter that were 50 years old and cannot be fixed or replaced, they bent to hell a 2 month old Band saw that could not be fixed. And the list is very long. So, after four months of back and forth with Sarge’s the most that they would give me for all the damage mentioned and those not mentioned was $235. It cost $200 just to get a pedal fixed on the piano that they damaged and the rest of the damage to the piano I had to pay out of pocket. Their quote un-quote fix was to send me a $35 marker kit to fix all the rub marks and scratches on all my furniture which I don't think I had but maybe 2 pieces of an entire 4-bedroom house that didn't need fixing. I would not hire this company to move a latrine or for that matter to move a house plant. When I told them that there was more than $5000 worth of damage, he told me it wasn't his problem. My response is do not use this company if you have anything worthwhile, if you are a student at A&M moving across town then go for it other than that tell them to pack sand.

This company out of all the other companies we've used is by far the best. We've had other companies scratch our furniture bc of improper covering/wrapping. This crew did very well, not a bump or scratch. Easy to make an appointment with them from the beginning all the way to very end. Appreciate having a great moving company in our community!

The guys moving for the company were great! The lower review comes from the estimate I was given verses the amount that I was billed in the end. The owner was given every detail of the large furniture and number of boxes to be moved. Be cautious of the estimate that is given. Mine was $300 off in their favor.

Positive: Best and competitive price I found. Responsive service and convenient online portal. Flexible scheduling. Nice and professional guys. Negative: I didn't make them bring most boxes to individual rooms except for the master bedroom and bathroom when they asked me, but it was not done. Some furniture was dragged across our brand new wood floors. A bed frame got damaged in several places and they must have known because there was a makeshift repair to it, but we were not notified of it. Towels were packed right up against a toilet brush. I have a $500 microscope which I just found thrown in a box with other items without protection? I feel like that is common sense!

I used Sarge's to move a Safe that I recently purchased. The experience was Terrific! The moving crew was obviously well trained, they were professional and efficient. The crew arrived on time and made quick and effective use of their time. Their pricing was competitive and the value received was great. I am glad that I selected Sarge's for this move and would highly recommend their services.
