Unicorn Moving and Storage

Pretty big disappointment. I read lots of great reviews about Unicorn. And the movers were pretty nice guys. When moving Unicorn broke a really expensive family tv we saved up to enjoy. It was about 1,000 dollars. During the move the tv was destroyed. When I called them they sent me some DOT form that pays .60 on the pound. Obviously modern TV's are not that heavy maybe 40 pounds. So them breaking a $1000 dollar tv and providing the DOT minimum of like $20 is not a great solution to me. They also broke a dresser and one of the guys mentioned the leg was broken. They broke a glass and another guy acted like nothing happened. I have moved 7 times with different movers and not had this issue. Also we paid for them to pack, move, and unpack. They did not plan well and were not able to unpack very much. That's not the end of the world. But it is one of the reasons why we went with them as we have little kids and no free time.

Angel and Steve did an AMAZING job. I used Unicorn Moving for an interstate move and they made it the easiest move I have ever experienced. My movers really hustled for me. They were professional and careful with my belongings. I am so glad I used Unicorn Moving for my move because they made the entire process easy and convenient. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Unicorn Moving was absolutely amazing during my cross-country move. The team worked efficiently while still handling all of my belongings with great care and attention. Juan, Anthony, and Chad were not only professional but also incredibly friendly, which made the whole experience much less stressful.
