Absolutely stellar experience with Muscleman Elite Moving! From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and incredibly respectful of my belongings. They treated every single item with the utmost care. I was especially impressed with how they handled my more delicate items, everything was wrapped, padded, and secured like it was priceless art!
The crew was not only strong and efficient (they definitely live up to the “Muscleman” name), but they were also super courteous and communicative throughout the process. They checked in with me often to make sure things were placed exactly where I wanted them in the new space, and they didn’t rush through anything.
Moving is so stressful, but Muscleman Elite made it feel smooth and easy. Five stars, no question.
Muscleman provides the finest in moving services! We had a complicated series of moves from two locations into storage units, and 6 weeks later from the storage units into our new home. They were not only able to deliver exactly what they promised, they exceeded our expectations. All of our furniture was carefully packed and protected so that everything was in perfect shape when the final move was accomplished. All three parts of our move were finished in less time than was promised, beating their own estimates and saving us money. This was accomplished because the teams worked efficiently, safely, and professionally, making everything go smoothly. All this was done in a friendly atmosphere - we all know moving is a pain but these guys made it fun.
I can’t recommend this company highly enough! I have had mixed results in the past with other movers, but these guys are the best! If you value your belongings, you have to go with Muscleman!
My movers showed up promptly and were very fast loading my fourth floor apartment. They were really friendly and hard-working. Even when they had to sit in traffic making their trip four hours from Austin to Houston, they did not complain! They were so fast when they arrived in Houston as well and very communicative! I will 100% use this company again if ever to be moving back to Austin!
Muscleman moving made our move across town a breeze! They sent us a great team of 3 guys who were efficient, kind, and paid attention to detail. They finished an hour earlier than our estimated time. Great customer service, efficient, reliable, and great communication. 10/10 recommend!
