I wouldn't of picked any stars for this company. The worse experience I have ever ever had in my life. They first left things behind, important vital things that they made me share inventory and no one even showed up with a list. Then what was delivered was damaged. I mean damaged damaged. I might as well of packed my clothing and started completely fresh. I was a one bedroom move.... so to have so many damages amd missing boxes is ridiculous. I was even given another families photos and memories. I quickly returned it. I have not cried this hard since my father past!!! I'm so disappointed with this company. Please go else where. These movers cost me triple the cost in damages!!

Good customer service is not dead! This company truly blew me away with their level service. Every single person from the dispatcher, to the movers, to the owner were just wonderful. There was a little hiccup the morning of the move, but the owner of the small business was in communication the entire time and even showed up within 20 minutes to our location to help remedy something that wasn’t even his fault. I will absolutely recommend Up N Go to anyone moving, and we’d definitely use them again. We received several quotes from various companies and this business was the most efficient, timely, thorough, fairly priced, and customer centric. At 7months pregnant, I was worried about the stress of overseeing this project but they were so attentive, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience l. Ps- These guys WORK! Make sure to tip!
