I can’t recommend Empire Movers enough. We moved in the middle of a snowstorm, and the team was absolutely heroic. Not only was the packing seamless and careful, but they handled a logistical nightmare with incredible grace. Because of the weather, they had to trudge our items down an entire city block through the snow to complete the delivery. They worked tirelessly without a single complaint, truly going above and beyond to get us settled.
I just had my apartment relocated from Astoria to Whitestone NY and this company truly is the best movers in NYC. They disassembled and reassembled all our large furniture and helped place everything in its final location upon arrival. Smooth and seamless process. Fantastic pricing compared to competitors
They packaged my toilet seat with my clothing. They used my bounty paper towels to pack my drinking glasses, unbelievable. They threw unboxed shoes in the packed boxes with clothes. I'm also missing things items. If I could give a zero I would. I emailed like I was told too with the pics of broken glasses, of course no response. They had to go back to the old apartment because they left boxes there and didn't pack everything which was their job to do so. Terrible service.
I used Empire Movers to move from NYC to DC and would recommend them! The set up process was seamless, everyone I spoke to was so kind and informative, and the price was great. They arrived on time, were quick and I didn’t have one broken thing! Highly recommend!
