What a smooth, professional and efficient crew!! All the stress I felt was gone as soon as they came in and started working! This is what New York needs! Bravo Bravo Bravo! Everything was taken care of in a delicate manner, from clothes to big pieces that were tricky to handle.
Worst moving experience. I hired from this company and they just sublease to other vendors. That's where the problem begins because they don't have much control on what the vendor says and do. Two guys came and moved few things but would not move the sofa because it was heavy and big - that's why i hired these guys the first place. When i called their office, they were not helpful at all - they said they can't do anything since it's external vendor. Please don't waste your money here. It's better when you work with people directly. Hope this helps.
I moved in September 2025 and had a great experience with Superb Moving. I was relocating from a studio on the 25th floor to a one-bedroom in Brooklyn and was pretty nervous, but I didn’t need to be. The team was efficient, careful, and handled everything for me. I barely had to lift a finger.
I booked just a few days before the move, and George, who I spoke with on the phone, was friendly, responsive, and handled the minor hiccups along the way in the best possible way. The whole move took only two hours, and since I was paying hourly, I appreciated that they worked quickly without cutting corners.
There were no surprise fees, just exactly what we agreed on. Superb Moving made the whole process easy and stress-free. I can’t thank them enough and definitely recommend them to anyone planning a move.
My worst moving experience (of many). Superb packed out our apartment and moved our stuff into a storage unit when we left Brooklyn for an overseas work assignment. Despite the fact that I emphasized it was very important to me that all our things were packed properly and I voluntarily increased the cost of our fixed-cost move significantly so they would have the time and materials to do so, they still packed horribly. Just look at the photo of how they packed some of our lamps (one of which was a designer piece worth $600) — just dumped and jammed in a wardrober with no wrapping. Now (2 years later) that we’re back and I’m unpacking, I’m discovering so many things (some precious to us) that are broken and unusable — which is inexcusable, especially after being so clear about our preferences and spending ~$5,600 to back them up. I strongly discourage anyone else from using Superb for packing out and recommend that you move onto other options. To their credit — the other aspects of the move were fine.

I called 7-8 other moving companies, and they gave me the BEST flat price. No hidden fees. Includes certificate of insurance and disassembly/assembly.
They arrived at exactly 1 pm even though the arrival window was 1 pm - 3 pm. Peter and his colleague came very well prepared, packed everything QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY, and took it all down at once. The entire process took only 45 mins.
At the new residence, I waited at the apartment and they got everything upstairs in one go. Assembled furniture and put items where I asked.
Peter and his colleague wrapped everything quite well, there were no damages at the end. Very smooth and quick process.
