I made a move from IL to a southern state and required storage of personal property for an interim period of time. Allied was professional and responsive to all of my concerns and questions. My move coordinator, Vernita, was warm and helpful when I made multiple calls to her. A few of our items sustained minor damage and I did not file a claim. Both moving crews at points of origin and destination were pleasant and hard working as well as thoughtful at my new home to cover the floors and carefully place my furniture. My driveway is very steep and presented a challenge to the movers. They moved everything cheerfully and quickly. I would have no qualms using Allied again.

Can't say enough about how great Allied/Reebie moving was. My driver Ivan and his wife Fabiola were amazing. They were personable, professional and wonderful to work with. I couldn't be happier with how the move went. Will definitely call Allied again for any of my future van line needs!

The packers were great and the customer service has been good so far, which is why I give three stars and not one. However we have not yet made our claim for the rather large number of items damaged in transit and loading/unloading. Far more than I ever expected given the reputation of Allied. My hope is for them to make it right. Would have liked to have seen a greater level of care that just wasn’t there. Items destroyed that could have easily been protected with a little thought when packing the truck. Steal moving dollies tossed on top of fragile lamps and paintings don’t mix. They actually managed to crush a steal rolling tool chest. How is that even possible? The only response from the movers was “things shift when driving”. Very disappointed.
