Absolutely terrible experience. For over $12,500 they “packed” my kitchen, but left the entire pantry and two drawers. They came back the next day and did not pack or move the contents of the drawer. They “packed” my oats without a lid into one of my plastic bins covered in plastic wrap. The whole kitchen was supposed to be delivered to the apartment, but they delivered the basket of the air fryer to the storage unit in a random box and the air fryer to the apartment. They broke the treadmill leaving a shard of plastic and random screw. They fought between the “third-party” and the allied over who would pack the exercise mirror. Then did it but did not pack the cord with the equipment. They delivered my white couch covered in grass and dirt. They said that if I wanted to verify if everything was here, I would have to pay extra for labor but I was required to sign that everything was here or they would start charging more than the $12,550 I already paid for labor and tipping at house and destination. Try any other company. It has to be better than Allied!
Allied was the best moving experience I have ever had. The team was professional and worked so fast. All of our items arrived safely with no damage. The communication was great as well. I will use them for any move I have moving forward.
I made a move from IL to a southern state and required storage of personal property for an interim period of time. Allied was professional and responsive to all of my concerns and questions. My move coordinator, Vernita, was warm and helpful when I made multiple calls to her. A few of our items sustained minor damage and I did not file a claim. Both moving crews at points of origin and destination were pleasant and hard working as well as thoughtful at my new home to cover the floors and carefully place my furniture. My driveway is very steep and presented a challenge to the movers. They moved everything cheerfully and quickly. I would have no qualms using Allied again.
We were very pleased with the service that Allied provided for us. They updated us regarding departure and delivery dates. The shipment arrived on time and delivered with great care following the detailed inventory list. We would recommend them to others.
Reebie Allied was incredible. The crew was top notch, showed up on time and packed my stuff on time. I had originally been guided to 4 days to 14 days to get my stuff from Chicago to Charlotte. They delivered it in 48 hours. Nothing was broken in the move. I don’t know many people who have moved where it’s gone well - mine was perfect and I recommend this company 100%. They made one of the most stressful parts of life not so.
