Reebie Storage and Moving

My husband was relocated to Chicago, and his institution provide him with the name of a few moving companies to help us move from Miami to Chicago. One of the recommended movers was Reebie Allied and since the day we contacted them we were pleased with the way they helped us. The price was great! We moved on June 19, and the truck was needed to make three stops to collect our belongs before heading to Chicago. Frank Russell showed up the first day with his crew and they all were great! It was the best moving experience I ever had (I moved four times before)! They were so professional, prompt, courteous, showed great attention to detail. Frank and his team packed everything with extremely care, and even carried extra bottles of water to offer us. We have had excellent communication during the entire move from pick up to drop off. Frank and his crew are the BEST moving crew you can find. Definitely will work with them again and recommended them without reservation. Thank you, Frank!

I don't usually write reviews but this company was so outstanding that I felt compelled to do so. We moved from Illinois to Connecticut, and the process was seamless. When I met with Tim in February, he was honest, knowledgeable, and flexible. I didn't know exactly when we would be moving and he was still able to provide me with a very fair price. The movers themselves were on time, fast and efficient, and everything was delivered to Connecticut five days later with no issues. Jim, the driver, relieved my anxiety about moving long distance and was communicative and professional every step of the way. I highly recommend this company for a long distance move.

I would highly recommend this moving company. They did a great job at communicating when they were going to be arriving at the first location. And giving a rough estimate on when they would be arriving at the second location. They are willing to work with you if you have multiple places, you need to pick up furniture. They took their time to make sure everything was placed where I wanted it once it was moved to the new house. Nothing was damaged and everything was properly wrapped up. Very professional and had great manners. Definitely would use them again.

I’m a Real Estate broker for Compass Chicago and I oversee the real estate transactions for clients from beginning (discussing the move and prepping the home with staging) to the very last moments of final walk through. My client has moved internationally so I was the one on site the day Reebie storage and moving came to pack and move. They were absolutely flexible with the building staff to make it a seamless move for them and the building owners AND worked with me to make sure I could check every last detail of the unit to be sure it was ready to be turned over with no issues to the next buyers. This includes leaving the vacuum and internet booster to the very end and not losing track of them so I could have it in tip top shape and send off the supplies to the seller’s new home. They are thoughtful and think outside of the “box” as to what should come and what shouldn’t! They see something , they say something! I work with a lot of companies and people in all facets of the day and many people just do the bare minimum. They do not! I’m super impressed and I hope I get the opportunity to have this smooth of a move for my clients again! These guys worked with Allied on my move out to California. They were within the allotted time, quick, and efficient. I gave 4 stars because I did end up with two broken items that were packed by the moving company, although I’m not sure they can be held accountable as I’m not sure who repacks the semi for the trip out to California. I would definitely work with them again, but probably would want to understand more about the process.

Cannot recommend Reebie Moving & Storage highly enough. The team we worked with went above and beyond to ensure a smooth, easy, and joyous move to our new home. We especially appreciated their attention to detail and willingness to help us get furniture set up/arranged and rugs put down once we arrived at the new space. Superb customer service from start to finish.
