The men who showed up to my home were nice and it seemed as if they were doing a good job. I didn't supervise every minute and I should have. They were asked to wrap all of the furniture in blankets or shrink wrap, they didn't. My bed, which had a fabric covered headboard had dents and scratches in it (it's ruined). My bookcases (see pictures) were also totally ruined. Many of the frames on my hanging art and pictures were damaged -- either the frames were scratched because they weren't wrapped or the frames just separated from the glass. My couch and couch cushions were not wrapped and one pillow stained. And, to make matters worse, when I called to report this DURING BUSINESS HOURS, I had to leave a message and never received a return call. Use at your own risk.

I cannot recommend Two Men and a Truck enough. This is the second time I’ve used them, and both experiences have been easy, professional, and completely stress-free. Since he had prepared my original quote, he was able to quickly pull it up and adjust it based on the actual number of boxes and furniture I had — no hassle, no hidden charges, just straightforward honesty. The other office staff I spoke to were equally kind and reassuring, which immediately gave me peace of mind after the ordeal I had just gone through. On moving day, the crew arrived right on time, handled everything with care, and worked efficiently. They were diligent, respectful of my belongings, and had everything packed and out within an hour. The entire process was smooth, professional, and fairly priced, exactly what you want from a moving company. After two consistently excellent moves with them, I can confidently say I trust Two Men and a Truck with my belongings and their quotes, unlike others in the area. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for movers who are honest, reliable, and capable of delivering outstanding service even on the tightest timelines.

From start to finish, they were incredibly helpful, unbelievably fast, and impressively efficient. What could’ve been a stressful day turned into the smoothest move I’ve ever experienced. Each of them was kind, courteous, and genuinely cared about my belongings. They treated everything with great caution—no dings, no scratches, just careful handling all around. They worked like a well-oiled machine, but never rushed at the expense of safety. If you’re looking for movers who are professional, respectful, and go above and beyond, Aidan, Alonzo, and Alexis are the dream team. I’d hire them again in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend.

I had the worst moving experience of my life with this company. I was quoted an estimate that ended up doubling when the final bill came, with no fair explanation. My two bed two bathroom move ended up costing us 3600. Originally was quoted $1800 on the high end. The team was defensive, unprofessional, and far from transparent. They blamed me for not giving an “accurate description” of my items during the estimate, yet couldn’t even tell me what “extra” items they supposedly moved. On top of the overcharge, they damaged multiple pieces of furniture. Not a single item was blanket-wrapped for protection. The movers rushed when it suited them (claiming they had to “accommodate my elevator windows”), then dragged their feet and took their sweet time with everything else. The delays forced us into a hotel stay and paying for overnight storage on the truck. When I tried to get fair compensation, I was insulted. One rep, Kevin told me we deserved “nothing” but that he was going “above and beyond” by offering $200 back. They initially offered $375 for the damage, which is laughable considering the damages that were caused. This company made me feel totally taken advantage of and scammed. I would never, ever recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone. Save yourself the nightmare and go elsewhere.

I was overcharged by $900, I was offered $100 as a good will gesture. No thanks. I was taken advantage of and you know it.

HORRIBLE - They were lazy and would not move a couch because it had to be taken apart. They double billed me and did not refund me for the over draft fee....
