Wolly Movers did a great job for me! I booked last minute and they were able to accommodate. Their staff made booking easy and transparent. There wasn’t an automated phone system to navigate and person I spoke to was very helpful and accommodating. The moving crew was timely and prepared. The guys were hard working and efficient. They were respectful and conscious of my wishes and handling my belongings. The guys placed items where I requested in my home and made sure nothing was left. I would definitely recommend Wolly’s and plan to utilize their services in the future!

Unless you want to be overcharged and get your items damaged from carelessness, don’t use this moving service. I’ve tried reaching out to the company directly about my grievances but was ignored. From the very beginning, the interaction felt concerning. The lead mover came to my unit, had me sign the contract and note the start time, and then immediately began insisting that all of my furniture and belongings had been wrapped incorrectly. He stated that everything would need to be unwrapped, partially disassembled, and rewrapped. Having moved multiple times before without any issues related to how my belongings were prepared, this felt unnecessary and likely to prolong the process. Ultimately, i had to sign a waiver for my glass items which were ironically not damaged. Later in the move, the lead mover refused to transport my indoor plants, stating the dirt would spill and ruin his truck. During unloading, I observed that items were not packed strategically in the truck, resulting in furniture shifting and some non-glass items being damaged. Additionally, the handling of my belongings, particularly by the lead mover, was noticeably rough. I also noticed a discrepancy in efficiency. Loading from a 23rd-floor unit took approximately one hour, while unloading into a first-floor unit took over an hour, with the pace appearing to slow significantly. This resulted in exceeding the estimated time. At the end of the move, I was asked to pay for an additional 30 minutes, despite the overage being closer to 10 minutes. This felt inconsistent and unjustified. I had to keep calling the management team every step of the way to avoid getting ripped off.

I usually don't question or believe that when a company receives high ratings, its not actually true, but today was the first time. I did not have alot of stuff and everything was put together and neat for a short and easy move, the price definitely did not make sense for that first and foremost. Second, the damages that I saw that never happened in prior moves with other companies, recklessness is an understatement for this company here. I had a lightweight couch that I found has a part of the back ripped and a piece broken. I don't understand how this could even happen when its a lightweight couch compared to others, even as a woman i have carried that couch myself with one other person and never damaged it so how do these men end up damaging it? Now I have to replace it. I have an expensive standing desk that now had scratches on the metal legs and a small piece of the desk was removed and not put back in place. If you going to remove something from its placement, put it back to the way it was. Amongst other small things that got damaged those two were the most costly. And lastly, no common courtesy and cleanliness. When you use someones bathroom, check after yourself and wipe your piss stains off the toilet. Hope no one else has to go through this misfortune.

LOVE Wolley Movers! We recently bought a house and they carried everything into our new place from our apartment. I was not only impressed with the sheer speed in which everything was accomplished, but they also reassembled our bed and couch. Not a single scratch on anything. Our new place also has carpeted stairs, so they were kind enough to lay down saran wrap on the steps so they wouldn't get dirty. No scuffs on our freshly painted walls. I will always recommend them to my friends! Thank you for helping us move into our new home!
