They did such a wonderful job! There were highly efficient and moved with great care. I felt like they partnered with me to ensure that everything went well. I literally had to leave work and only had a short window to accomplish a one bedroom move. It only took them two hours including travel between both locations. I would HIGHLY recommend!

Keith, Jalen, and Tony were exceptional movers. They constantly communicated with my wife and me about what we wanted moved from our apartment and where we wanted to put everything in the house where we moved. They were methodical and swift. I trusted them the entire time that they were moving us, and I am glad that I chose Ondemand Movers USA over all of their competitors in the Chicagoland area. We believed that they would be the best moving company, and they were.

Scratched my $500 nightstand and offered me $25 as compensation. Left the gas on my grill running. Left items on my balcony. Used my microwave twice and got drinks from my fridge without asking my permission. Would not recommend. Update based on owner’s response: There is discretion to how to compensate someone for damages and a negative experience. A $25 claim to a $500 damaged item, along with the other issues, is insulting. The movers moved my grill on their own - I was not there to state the propane was inside the cabinet, but they should have known based on the weight and should have checked the inside. It is also obvious based on the openings on the side and back. The knobs were moved while moving the grill, hence the gas left running. There were other items left on the balcony - a custom dog door, garbage can, broom, large rubber tray. I did not “assume” they didn’t ask for permission. I was standing right there and am a witness to them not asking for permission. They then entered my previous unit after I signed the paperwork and the job was complete, again without my permission, and used my microwave and were getting drinks from my fridge, without me being present. My boyfriend went to make sure the unit was locked up, only to find them there to his surprise. I didn’t ask for an apology on my behalf, I simply explained that they would have received a proper tip had these issues not happened. The move was great UNTIL these issues happened. I already followed up with your claims team prior to leaving this review, and didn’t receive a response.
