Jaylen and Joseph were great. On time, friendly, upbeat, FAST. Less than an hour for some very big and very heavy pieces and put things backbtigether. . Will use On Demand Movers again and will certainly request Jaylen and Joseph next time.
Although I appreciate ODM accommodating my move on short notice, the moving experience wasn't what I expected from an almost 5 star company. I ordered 3 movers for 6 hours. One of the movers was an hour late. When moving the bed frames down the stairs, they damaged my drywall. They also damage my TV. It look like it had fallen during the move. They should have covered both the damaged wall and TV, but only replaced the TV three months later. The customer service is not good, as they push the cost of their damage onto the customer.
