Ondemand crushed it on our move. Three young guys with great attitudes, worked well together, and moved quickly. Nothing was damaged, and they even quickly put together the bed and sectional for us at the new place. Highly recommend--felt like a great rate for the service, and they did not dilly dally to add to the hourly rate at all. Roughly 4 hours long for a smaller two bed/two bath move, and they arrived by 10 am in the morning.
I gave them accurate pickup and drop off locations as well as accurate inventory for my move. Actual price was twice as much as quoted. They refuse to connect you with any supervisor. Would have never used them if I know the actual price they’d charge. 0/10 would not recommend.

Pedro and Ecuatez were absolutely fantastic. They treated our furniture as if it were their own, carefully wrapping and protecting everything before moving it. At the same time, they worked incredibly fast and efficiently without ever sacrificing quality or care.
On top of the excellent service, their pricing was one of the fairest we found. It’s rare to find a company that offers such high-quality work at such an honest price. They saved us so much time, stress, and headache throughout the entire move.

Ninu, Pedro, Jonathan, and Taz were amazing - responding to my emergency moving need with professionalism at a competitive price. With less than 1 day of advance notice, they arrived promptly within the agreed-upon time window and quickly moved the boxes for a 3 bd/2.5 condo well within the estimated time. They saved the day. I plan to use them again.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - DO NOT RECOMMEND
First, I was initially quoted 3 to 5 hours for my move, consistent with other estimates I received. However, the move took over 7 hours, which increased my final bill significantly.
Second, only one of the three movers had the skill to disassemble and reassemble furniture. After unloading, two movers stood idle while only one worked on reassembly, extending the process.
Third, one mover consistently showed carelessness. He hit walls and, at one point, dropped a ceramic side table from a height, breaking it. Additionally, while waiting, one of them sat on my bedroom dresser. I do not use my dresser that way, and this behavior was highly unprofessional.
Fourth, I called them immediately after the move and was told to expect a response by Tuesday. It has been nearly three months, with no reply despite my follow-up emails.
Fifth, I requested reimbursement for the broken furniture. They promised a response in 30 days, yet after almost three months, I have received neither response nor reimbursement.
