Mike and team were very professional! They got our couch all the way from Naperville to the city in a timely fashion. Easy communication and very courteous in person. Thanks!
First of all, they showed up nearly SEVEN (7) HOURS late. Our move was scheduled for 12pm. They called at 8am saying they were down a guy so their new estimated arrival was between 2 and 3pm. After 3pm passes, we call them asking where they’re at. They say they’re running behind but should be there soon. Another hour passes. We call again. They give the same excuse. Finally, they show up at 6:45pm. The movers were nice enough that I was willing to let the tardiness go, but as we are unpacking and settling in, I’m noticing damage to both our furniture and the wall in our new home! I called to ask for a refund and I was told to put in a claim, which would take about 30 days to process. I then asked who I could speak with about getting a refund today because I’m extremely dissatisfied with the service received. I was told the manager was unavailable but would call me back within 30 minutes. It’s been multiple hours and shocker, I’ve received no call! Honestly seems like a scam - save your time and money and ask for local moving company recommendations where you’re moving to. This company sucks and so does their customer service!
On-demand movers were absolutely fantastic! Pedro and his team assisted us in moving up a four-story walk-up, and they did it with utmost care and efficiency. I highly recommend them.
Amazing job and company. Jaylen and Sid helped me move, everything was smooth. They went above and beyond to make my move seamless and so much less stressful. Much appreciated and will definitely recommend for future services.
