The team at On Demand Movers did a great job. They were always responded quickly to any questions before I signed the contract. They provided the best quote to move a heavy bedroom suite from Evanston to Peoria. The movers were very professional and worked efficiently to load and unload the different pieces. Keith and Isiah were super, super efficient, very friendly, very communicative and super flexible with the plans too as we requested they carry a couple extra things for us, wrap up a few things extra. I pay full service for this moving company to move me into my new apartment Brian slam my 65 inch TV to the floor. I asked him repeatedly. Did he break it he told me no he came into my new apartment install my TV on my TV stand, knowing he broke it. I was told I have to wait 30 days for a client to go through to get my money back they broke my TV and now they’re giving me the run around about paying me my money please do not go with this moving company. They play games with refunding your your money they do not care how they handle your things they broke my 65 inch smart TV

I scheduled a move 2 weeks in advance for a 1-bedroom apartment. The 2 movers arrived right on time & finished my move in about 4 hours. They were professional, efficient, organized, and took care of all my items. All my furniture was wrapped up very well & nothing was damaged. I was charged $400 for the 4-hours, which is on par (slightly cheaper) with other quotes I received for a city move. I will likely use them again for my next move.
