They broke my piano and overcharged me by 30%.
Victor and Nick and Thomas and the rest of the team were absolute rock-stars and blew our expectations away! They arrived on time, communicated promptly and throughout the day. We had full service packing and I’m so thankful we chose that. Everything was handled with care, truly going above and beyond to make sure everything was packaged safe. I’ve never seen more efficient workers, and never sacrificing quality for speed. I would 100/10 recommend H2H Movers and this team again! We had a 350lb 80in dresser that they moved easily. We’re so thankful for making our moving day so easy and without any stress.
This is the second time I've used H2H Movers, and they were just as excellent, efficient, careful, quick, and great communication all around. I had a lot of stuff and over 60 stairs total, and they moved us within 3 hours. There were 6 men and everyone was great. Very careful with disassembling my furniture and then reassembling everything in the new place.
They are very transparent with the process and pricing. And it took less time than estimated.
I would highly recommend and definitely use again!
My experience with H2H movers was phenomenal! Leading up to the move, there was clear communication on services as well as guidance on how to prep for the move. Day-of I received timely updates of ETA and a check-in during the move to ask me if everything was going well. The crew that took care of my move included Andrew, Andrii, and Didar and they were amazing!!! They were quick and courteous and took great care of getting my items from point A to point B - and they did all of this on a hot humid day! Very grateful for their expertise! I am so happy I chose H2H movers, they made my move seamless. Highly recommend!
The crew was fantastic. They showed up on time, worked even faster than they had quoted, and were so friendly and helpful. I was very impressed by their speed, preparation, and professionalism! They disassembled and reassembled all my furniture and put it exactly where I wanted it. I’ve never had a move go smoother and it was a huge weight off my shoulders. One of the hottest days of the summer and they still made it look easy. I’d highly recommend H2H and would definitely use them for a future move.
