H2H was a huge help with my move from south loop to Edgewater. They were prompt (actually early) and were very efficient. They did not stop the entire time they were on the job. The movers were very helpful and did not let me leave anything behind. Nicolli was the team leader and was very upfront with everything he was going to charge me for. The guys were so efficient that they came in under my quoted price. The thing that stood out to me was their honesty and the drive to make sure that I everything went smooth on a very stressful task. I would definitely use H2H for my next move and I will certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a mover. Great Job!

So great we hired them twice! This move was once again seamless. They quote on the higher side to be conservative but we were very pleased with the final price! Max and his team of guys were very respectful with our items and worked QUICKLY. They made moving feel so easy. Thank you!

The movers did a great job! They arrived early, 30 minutes to our appointment. They gave me a heads up an hour prior as well. Everything was wrapped neatly, and stacked in the truck neatly. The whole process took 2 hours. Very friendly and accommodating.

Alex and his crew did an amazing job! They were efficient, anticipated needs ahead of time, and pleasant to work with. Their initial estimate was also spot on. This is my third time using H2H movers and I've always been happy. Thanks for making it an easy move!

They quoted us for $1500 but it jumped to $2000+ and not all our stuff was even moved. We said we have 4 bedrooms worth of stuff and that we needed the biggest truck they have. They sent the wrong size truck and only 70% of our stuff is here. They still havent fixed the problem and want to charge as if the entire move happened. Not to mention they’re extremely slow and their customer service struggle with English. They also claimed they had to pack extra boxes and charged us in which those boxes were filled with trash we had set aside to throw away. Who packs garbage out of the bin??? (Pics included). Upon the second time they went back (which we had to pay for their mistakes) they still left 10 boxes behind. Relations manager is sensitive and wants her ego respected or else she calls it a threat when you call them out and stand your ground. Dont trust the quote they will swindle you. Edit: theyre trying to gaslight saying we agreed two trucks when that wasnt true let alone there werent two trucks so either way theyre wrong. Furthermore if you pack 20 boxes of my literal garbage out of my bins take responsibility. It’s very apparent they know they’re in the wrong but will apologize while gaslighting you at the same time. 25%+ higher than a normal quote is not normal. Especially when your workers stand around and do nothing for 20 min at a time and charge for rolls of tape they never even completely used. Theyre not a legitimate business and reached out to us first to give money back while gaslighting. Why are you apologizing if you think youre in the right? Just take the loss and take responsibility. Owner is a child and staff only started cooperating when i mentioned taking the lawyer route for swindling our money. So they know theyre in the wrong lol
