They broke my piano and overcharged me by 30%.
My move today with H2H was overall excellent! By far the best moving company I've worked with and it's not close.
The movers arrived on time (during a snowstorm too), with the correct number of movers (I've had previous companies have multiple movers not show up), and ended up finishing EARLY! They easily handled all of our furniture in boxes across two pickup locations. At our delivery location everyone was eager to place items in any room we requested.
If I ever need a moving service again I'll definitely be using H2H! (And highly recommend you do too!)
H2H movers were amazing to work with! We had Nicholas, Roman, and Chris helping us with our move! They were punctual, very communicative, and so efficient! They moved together really well as a team but all three were so careful with our belongings! Nicholas took his time to review all the administrative details so that we understood and the rest of the team went straight to work! Overall, H2H was thorough from the first phone call and their pricing/plan was perfect for our needs! Their follow up calls and process in general left no room for error! Their furniture donation was also very helpful! My husband and I were so grateful to have the help and we were genuinely impressed! We will definitely recommend to friends in the area!
We had H2H movers help us with our move this weekend. Volodymyr, Ihor, Oleh and Anatoliy were very professional, friendly and took really good care of our belongings. The process with H2H was very easy overall and the team had an efficient process on moving day. From initial inquiry through the actual move there were multiple touch points that helped make the move go smoothly. Customer service was front and center and we would highly recommend H2H and the team!
The H2H crew for my move was fantastic! The crew was timely, respectful, and extremely efficient. They wrapped furniture with care and precision while also moving quickly. They were communicative throughout the entire process with plenty of reminders and thorough estimates so we were not met with anything unexpected. They performed thorough walkthroughs and made sure everything was packed and unpacked accordingly to ensure there were no damages during transit. Moving is hard enough, so I am very grateful for H2H to make moving a breeze! I highly recommend their services and would look to use them again in the future.
Had a good experience with H2H for loading a PODS from our apartment in South Loop. Volodymyr, Ihor, and Nikolay were super fast at moving everything and were very efficient at packing the space in the pod. They were speedy and careful in their disassembly and wrapping of our furniture, so we're confident things will come out in good shape on the other side!
We were careful to pack everything we could into boxes in advance of their arrival, so they finished loading ahead of schedule and under the lower end of their estimate.
