They broke my piano and overcharged me by 30%.
I highly recommend H2H, they helped us move into our apartment and they were so efficient and fast. Incredibly polite and friendly, and wanted to make sure they unloaded boxes and furniture into the correct rooms to help making the unpacking process easier for us. They even took apart a bed frame and put it back together so it would be easier to move. They took good care of our furniture. They estimated 3 hours but did the unload in under 2! Definitely use them for your next move!
I had a great experience with this moving company. The crew was very friendly and professional, and they took the time to explain each step of the process so I always knew what was happening. They worked efficiently without cutting corners, and made sure all of my belongings were carefully wrapped and protected for the move. Everything arrived safely and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers
Easiest move I’ve had. Would recommend it to anyone. H2H is a very friendly and professional company. They walked me through the entire moving process and helped me feel at ease. On moving day, they moved everything over smoothly and properly. Once the job was done, the total was even below the estimate provided. I was stunned. The movers were also friendly and hardworking. I will continue to use their services for future moving!
Very happy with the overall experience. Sales team was helpful with my questions prior to moving. I called numerous movers for estimates. I felt H2H had the most professionalism for the price from the beginning. The final price was a little higher than I was quoted with an estimate but not terribly different. I had more boxes than I intended as well.
For day of move I would recommend Alex and his team. Very effective and accurate with timing! I couldn’t believe how fast everything went and how careful the crew was with my items. They were friendly and easy going. They made a stressful day tolerable! I’d use them again in the future.
H2H was a huge help with my move from south loop to Edgewater. They were prompt (actually early) and were very efficient. They did not stop the entire time they were on the job. The movers were very helpful and did not let me leave anything behind.
Nicolli was the team leader and was very upfront with everything he was going to charge me for. The guys were so efficient that they came in under my quoted price.
The thing that stood out to me was their honesty and the drive to make sure that I everything went smooth on a very stressful task.
I would definitely use H2H for my next move and I will certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a mover.
