They broke my piano and overcharged me by 30%.
The H2H crew for my move was fantastic! The crew was timely, respectful, and extremely efficient. They wrapped furniture with care and precision while also moving quickly. They were communicative throughout the entire process with plenty of reminders and thorough estimates so we were not met with anything unexpected. They performed thorough walkthroughs and made sure everything was packed and unpacked accordingly to ensure there were no damages during transit. Moving is hard enough, so I am very grateful for H2H to make moving a breeze! I highly recommend their services and would look to use them again in the future.
This is our second move in Chicagoland using H2H movers. The process was so smooth and everyone was great to work with. We did the estimate through a Google meet call. It was surprisingly thorough and our finale cost was under. The 6 movers were hard working and kind. They asked questions when needed and kept all our items safe. Before leaving they also checked if everything was exactly where we wanted it. I was pleased with the entire move and will use them again if I move.
H2H Movers did an amazing job! Their customer service is exceptional! Each time I called to get a quote, update my inventory list or ask general questions, Larry V was ready and available and greeted me by name every time he answered my call without me even introducing myself.
The team of 4 movers showed up on time, were very professional, asked questions about my expectations and did everything to exceed my expectations during packing and moving from the old home and unpacking and furniture placement in the new home. During the move, I received a few texts from their customer service team to see how things were going and I really appreciated the real time follow-up. I interviewed many moving companies and I am so glad that I hired H2H Movers to help. I will definitely use them again in future! Thank you H2H Movers!
I had a great experience with H2H Movers. This is the 3rd or 4th time I have used them. They even reassembled my bed for me. I highly suggest using them. They had three guys who moved everything very quickly without breaking anything. They provided an accurate estimate up front and they buy their blankets back when finished. The prices are very reasonable. They make the very stressful process of moving, very easy. I will use them anytime I move and recommend them to friends and family.
Nikolas and his team were friendly, polite, efficient and careful. It was a pleasure working with them and doing business together. I was anxious about the move having a piano, but they did a great job of making sure it was moved securely even down a third floor apartment. The company was helpful in knowing what to expect.
