Maison Moving - Orange County

Well communicated from the first quote through moving day. All of my items were taken care of, no time was wasted, and the service was impeccable. Moving is a chore, but would recommend this company to everyone. Movers were courteous and funny, and made sure everything was taken care of. Can’t thank them enough for such a quality experience.

The packing and moving crew of Maison movers were excellent! However, we are still waiting for them to retrieve a set of outdoor dining chairs, a Peloton bike and wind surfing equipment left behind at the old house. Better sooner than later!

Really disappointed with this company and their service. We moved from a one bedroom condo to a single family home with storage in between. Upon delivery, we had several items of damaged furniture and multiple boxes that had been stored improperly. Boxes clearly labeled “fragile” had been completely crushed by heavy items, and a plastic box appears to have been tossed around, causing the clip-on lid to come off and the fragile ornaments inside to be crushed. The movers didn’t have the decency to put the broken pieces back, so my childhood Christmas decorations can’t even be pieced back together. We had custom engraved champagne flutes from our wedding that were crushed as well. We purchased the additional insurance that provided no coverage at all, as the damage was deemed too little to exceed the deductible. The claim process took me hours to complete as I had to research for purchase receipts from years prior, and in the end, we received little compensation. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I understand that accidents happen and a box or two might incur some damage, but we had almost all furniture (4 separate large items) come back with a dent or a scratch, and multiple fragile boxes with contents destroyed. Their complete lack of care and disregard for people’s items is evident. It’s a clear pattern of significant damage and poor service.

We received excellent service from Maison Moving! They arrived on time and explained everything to us, answered all our questions. They packed everything up in a timely manner. When they arrived at our new home, they unpacked everything carefully and asked where we wanted them placed. The two movers were professional, kind and friendly - and did an excellent job. All for a reasonable price.

Maison Moving was wonderful to work with from the initial phone call to schedule the move, to changing dates and then the actual move itself. The 3 guys who did the move were very careful with my possessions and did not break anything. They were also very nice. This is my 3rd time using them, and I would recommend to anyone!
