The guys at Maison Moving did a great job moving and unloading our home possessions. Robert and Martinez, along with the entire loading and unloading crews were quick, careful, and respectful of our belongings. The price was fair and competitive. Their equipment was clean and well maintained. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone moving their home.

Excellent excellent excellent! We had three movers come help us move a 4 bedroom. It was a lot of stuff!! And they were amazing! We had Robert, Gilbert, and Angel and all 3 of them were so professional, kind, and great!!! They wrapped up our furniture so perfectly. Loaded up the big truck and unloaded everything with such care. We had zero issues. I highly recommend them!! We’d definitely use them again if we ever move. It was a perfect smooth experience. Thanks again guys!!

Had the best moving experience today with Maison Moving and Storage in Tustin. Rigo, Kevin and Lucas were incredible to work with. They came and moved a fair amount of my things from storage to my new apartment. They got my things and Storage locker organized from a previous horrific moving company situation. They even set up my liftchair/recliner. I highly ecommend Maison Moving and Rigo, Kevin and Lucas for your moving needs. Thank you guys.

Your movers Rigo and Lucas were not only professional, they were extremely careful with our furniture yet they were quick in preparing each piece for the move. I watched as they carefully wrapped and secured each item as if it was their own. I would highly recommend you ask for them when you are ready to make a move. Once I started watching them they relieved me of the anxiety and stress moving can cause. Thank you!

Really disappointed with this company and their service. We moved from a one bedroom condo to a single family home with storage in between. Upon delivery, we had several items of damaged furniture and multiple boxes that had been stored improperly. Boxes clearly labeled “fragile” had been completely crushed by heavy items, and a plastic box appears to have been tossed around, causing the clip-on lid to come off and the fragile ornaments inside to be crushed. The movers didn’t have the decency to put the broken pieces back, so my childhood Christmas decorations can’t even be pieced back together. We had custom engraved champagne flutes from our wedding that were crushed as well. We purchased the additional insurance that provided no coverage at all, as the damage was deemed too little to exceed the deductible. The claim process took me hours to complete as I had to research for purchase receipts from years prior, and in the end, we received little compensation. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I understand that accidents happen and a box or two might incur some damage, but we had almost all furniture (4 separate large items) come back with a dent or a scratch, and multiple fragile boxes with contents destroyed. Their complete lack of care and disregard for people’s items is evident. It’s a clear pattern of significant damage and poor service.
