My movers canceled on me last minute - they told me they couldn’t make it. They tried to charge me a cancelation fee and all this other crap. I was tired of movers then this guy Arnold called me, I feel bad yelling at him about my problems but he was really professional and understood what was going on - he even apologized for those others guys I admit I was still mad and couldn’t trust him but I did and am I glad I did! He was so thorough in asking me questions it felt as if he was right there when I was going over everything I found out I needed more movers then just 2 guys he really saved me a lot of money Thanks

Cali Moving & Storage helped my family move from San Diego to Los Angeles this past weekend, and they were amazing! At first, we thought we didn’t have that much stuff, but it quickly turned into almost a full large truck. The crew handled it like true pros — everything was carefully wrapped, disassembled, protected, and professionally loaded and stacked in the truck. The drive itself wasn’t easy (traffic from SD to LA is always tough), but the team stayed on top of everything. Once we arrived, they set us up smoothly, and now we’re happily settled in our new place. Couldn’t be more satisfied — highly recommend Cali Moving & Storage for anyone planning a move!

We hired this company for a recent move and unfortunately experienced significant damage and missing parts. Our custom resin table was placed on its side directly on asphalt during the move, which severely damaged and ruined the outer edge. In addition, the wheel from our bed frame are now missing. After reaching a reimbursement agreement for the documented damage, I was informed that the check would only be mailed if I first removed my negative reviews. Payment was described as being sent “in the event you are happy with the resolution reached.” I believe resolution of a damage claim and public feedback about an experience should be separate matters. As of this update, I am waiting for confirmation that the agreed reimbursement will be issued without conditions. We documented the damage with photos and contacted Mike with the company immediately by email and text. As of this review, we have received no response, he is clearly ignoring the situation. We were also never provided a copy of our signed contract or Bill of Lading, despite requesting one. We have been patient and professional in attempting to resolve this directly. The lack of communication has left us no choice but to pursue formal complaints and legal remedies. I strongly recommend confirming in writing how this company handles damage claims before hiring them.

We recently moved from a 2-bedroom apartment in Oceanside to San Marcos and had a great experience with this Cali moving. From the initial quote to the final box being unloaded, everything went great. The crew arrived right on time, were incredibly friendly, and worked hard thru out the day like pros. They handled all of our furniture (some of it quite bulky and old!) as if it were their own, using proper proper protection (pads and plastic). All got disassembled/reassembled and moved with care into the particular rooms. The move itself was quick—what we considered a "medium" move was completed within 7 hours, just like expected, paid very reasonable price (no surprises, no hidden fees). Most importantly, everyone is happy—from myself and my partner to the family members helping us unpack. The stress we anticipated with moving day simply was gone when movers arrived. If you're looking for a moving company that is reliable, careful, professional, and won't break the budget, look no further. We couldn't recommend them more for your local move!
