Southbay Moving is the best moving company of all time! From my very first phone call with Maribeth my mind was put at ease. I had a challenging move with a multi-location drop off, unpack, uncrate and install. Mario, his right hand, Jermaine and the rest of his team (in 3 different locations to include 2 different states 3000 miles away) are professional, respectful, courteous and top notch. It is a rare occurrence to have such an amazing service experience. Moving is ranked as one of the most stressful things in life. Southbay Moving helped me more than I can say and definitely minimized the stress. I cannot Imagine using anyone else and I am a client for life! Do yourself a favor and choose Southbay Moving for any and all of your moving needs. They are amazing!
I have lived at my home for the last 30years. Moving seemed like such a daunting task. Juan Sanchez and his crew were absolutely outstanding. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, organized, and ready to work. Juan led the team with confidence and made sure everything ran smoothly. The entire crew worked very efficiently, but never rushed in a way that felt careless. They handled our furniture and boxes with great care, protected our belongings, and made sure everything was placed exactly where we wanted it. Everyone on the team was respectful, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to help.
Maribeth was also wonderful throughout the entire process. She provided excellent communication, answered all of our questions, and made everything feel seamless and stress-free from start to finish. Her coordination and customer service truly made a difference and helped the move go exactly as planned.

I am beyond satisfied with Southbay Moving. We had a lot of very heavy and awkward furniture, along with many many sets of stairs and tight spaces!! Juan, Eddie and Edan went above and beyond, they were very professional and respectful of our space and items. Everything was protected and nothing was broken or damaged in the move. They took things apart and put them back together for us, and were very time efficient, (they knew I was on a budget) I didn’t feel like I needed to watch the clock the whole time. I would HIGHLY recommend southbay movers. Ask for Maribeth, she knows everything there is to know about moving and will guide you through the process with ease!
I made the mistake of believing these reviews. Broken trust. Broken valuables. Broken communication. Broken Contract. Broken bank account. Worst customer experience of my life. I don't post negative reviews. But this is a matter of warning others about this disreputable business that promises one thing and delivers quite another while they don't worry about accountability. Maybe they treat you differently if you're in the military. The only skill they consistently demonstrated to us is the polished ability to lie with a smile and misrepresent multiple critical details about your move. The best part is as soon as they deliver your broken items they ghost you and set their server to suddenly reject all emails from you. Makes it easier to not pay the claims from the "add-on" insurance we paid for. These people count on a lack of oversight for their industry. We consumers depend on these reviews.
