I expect a full refund for this completely unacceptable moving experience. I booked a 1:00–4:00 PM moving window. The movers didn't arrive until 5:16 PM I spent hours calling customer service for answers. No one proactively contacted me to explain the delay. I later found out my original movers had been replaced without anyone notifying me because when I called it was someone else. Leah repeatedly told me she would call me back with updates and never did.
The delay pushed my move to end at 10:00 PM.
Ignacio was unprofessional from start to finish. He complained that he wanted to go home, raised his voice at me, made sarcastic comments, and treated me with disrespect because the move ran late—a delay caused by your company..
I watched Ignacio throw my furniture after I and the other mover told him to be careful. (See images) My furniture was left dirty, and he damaged my wall, leaving a dent. I paid for professionals to protect my belongings, not damage them.
This service failed at every level: missed arrival window, zero communication, broken promises, rude behavior, careless handling of my belongings, and property damage. Ignacio's conduct and your company's lack of accountability ruined the entire experience. This experience was unacceptable, and I expect a full refund.
Jake and Hisham did a fantastic job on our move. They were punctual, professional, and handled everything with great care. They worked efficiently without rushing, stayed organized, and kept a positive attitude the whole time. Communication was clear, and they made the process smooth and stress-free. I’d definitely use them again and highly recommend their services.
We had a crew of four movers help us with our studio move, and they were absolutely fantastic. Professional, efficient, and incredibly hard-working from start to finish. They handled everything with care and kept the process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to see a team work so seamlessly together—they truly are the best. I would absolutely recommend them and will definitely use their services again in the future.
