They were amazing! Best moving service EVER!! Leo, Serge, and Alex were extremely professional and super quick. We had our two bedroom apartment moved into in like 6 hours! They even helped us pack some boxes up cause we weren’t entirely packed when they arrived. They handle all the furniture even if it needs taken apart. They put it all back together and place it where you tell them when you arrive. I highly recommend Best Quality movers!

UPDATE! I’d like to add they wanted me to do a settlement to delete my review and I’m not interested in it. At first I was willing to sign because I needed my money back they left me with an extra cost which took food out of my daughter mouth but after a lot of back and forth emails I stand with my review because it’s truth. They shouldn’t have charged me the $75 In the first place!!! If they offered me my money back to remove a true and accurate review, imagine all the other negative reviews that got deleted. And to clarify they delivered same day because they were competing with another company who would deliver same day. I didn’t move from Los Angeles that’s a lie. I moved from Rancho Cucamonga! As I stated don’t use them! **One of the worst moving experiences I’ve ever had. Do NOT use this company.** Best Quality Movers was extremely unprofessional from start to finish. This feels like a knock-off company that hires random private contractors rather than trained, professional movers. The truck did not look legitimate, and the workers were not uniformed or professional in appearance or behavior. I was hit with surprise charges, including a fee for unloading items past 6 feet. I immediately contacted the company, and instead of calling me back, the representative, Danielle, started texting me. I have written messages from her clearly stating that I would *not* be charged an additional $75. Despite this, the workers refused to continue unloading my belongings until I paid the fee anyway. They charge for every single item, yet when I requested an updated inventory, Danielle never provided one. As a result, I ended up paying for more items than were actually loaded or unloaded. After sending misleading texts, she stopped answering my calls altogether and avoided speaking with me directly. They aggressively begged for my business and made promises that they would be better than another moving company I was considering. That was completely false. There is absolutely nothing professional about this company. Now I am out $75 plus an additional charge for an item that was never even moved. This company uses deceptive practices, poor communication, and intimidation tactics during unloading. **Do NOT use them. Save yourself the stress and money.**

I collect antique furniture, have a lot of fragile things. Moving to a new place was always a great stress for me, until I found this guys. Highly professional, basically white glove service. I didn’t even had to explain to them how to be careful (as I usually did before). All my mirrors, mirrored dressers, glass items were wrapped in like in a cloud. Carried and moved to a new place with a great care. I was pleasantly shocked. They even moved all my huge my plants! Palms, citrus trees, my 9+ feet fiddle leaf fig tree without losing any leaves!
