We moved from a two-story house into a newer place about 25 miles away, and I was honestly expecting at least one headache along the way. That never happened. The crew showed up right at 8:15 AM, did a quick walkthrough with me, and immediately started laying down floor runners and padding the stair railings before moving anything. That alone told me they knew what they were doing. What impressed me most was how carefully they packed our fragile items. They wrapped every dish individually in packing paper, added bubble wrap around the more delicate glassware, and used dish pack boxes with dividers instead of just stacking everything together. My wife’s large wall mirror was fully padded with thick moving blankets, then reinforced with cardboard on both sides and taped securely so it wouldn’t shift. Even our TV was packed inside a fitted TV box with foam corners. They disassembled our bed frames and sectional couch quickly, kept all hardware in labeled plastic bags taped to the corresponding furniture, and shrink-wrapped upholstered pieces to keep them clean. At the new house, they reassembled everything exactly where we wanted it and made small adjustments until it was level. The entire move took about six hours, including the drive, and nothing was damaged. They worked steadily without wasting time but never made us feel rushed. The crew was polite, answered all our questions, and double-checked each room before leaving to make sure nothing was forgotten. Moving is usually stressful, but this was one of the smoothest experiences we’ve had. I’d absolutely use them again and recommend them to friends without hesitation.

Anthony, Alex, and Serg were fantastic movers, great communicators, fast, and incredibly patient and kind. They went above and beyond for my move from Los Angeles to Northern California. They helped me to wrap up all my furniture for the move and did a great job at securing and keeping everything safe, including fragile items and antique furniture. They made sure everything was set up properly on the other end. The even handled difficult housing situations, lots of stairs, and maneuvering furniture over a balcony with ease! They always ensured there would be a solution and asked me to confirm if there was anything else they could do before leaving. I wouldn’t want to move without them!!

2nd time working with Best Quality Movers and overall, I can't complain! I worked with Alex and Serj to move from Los Angeles to Hesperia, CA. Some items were not fully wrapped on my part, and they came in and ensured all items were properly wrapped prior to departing. Overall, the move was very affordable and was completed in a timely manner even with running into some truck issues! I will continue to work with Best Quality Movers for any future moving tasks. Best moving company I’ve worked with. Super communicative, hard-working, honest guys. Rate was lower than competitors, no hidden fees. I like that they provide free boxes for transportation as long as you don’t keep the boxes. My apt is up a TON of stairs and these guys absolutely beasted it. Bonus that the lead guy is really hot.
