Dilan and his team were phenomenal! From start to finish they went above and beyond what we had asked for. We called ahead to make a reservation with Best California Movers, and they were so incredibly flexible with challenges I had on my end for scheduling. Dilan and his team arrived on time, and when they saw what we were moving, helped us move a whole full truck when we were expecting to only move the bigger furniture. They helped so much taking furniture downstairs and upstairs. All the while, they maintained everything organized and to our liking. Very happy with the team’s effort and work!
Great experience with this company. With Aslan and Bek they had everything loaded and unloaded at the new place within 2.5 hours! Took great care of heavy duty mirrors and glass tables. Disassembled and reassembled furniture easily! Extremely efficient and great service highly recommend! From scheduling to move-in day, the customer service and attention to detail was awesome. Will definitely use them again!
This company was amazing! They showed up right on time, were super organized, clean, and incredibly fast. Everything was handled with care and precision — no stress at all. Huge thanks to Artem and Alex for being absolutely the best! They were kind, efficient, and worked so well together. I’d 100% recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Company was late, slow and completely unprofessional. Delivery of items resulted in broken bed frame. scratched tv, and brand new apartment walls damaged due to their negligence. Contacted companies manager and they refused to leave until they received payment in full. They would communicate with me the next morning to resolve the damaged items as well as damages done to the new apartment. They did not. I called, was told that they would address the issue in 2-3 days and get back to me with a solution. They have not contacted me at any given point, and have not tried to resolve the situation. I would never recommend this company. Especially wouldn’t recommend to any single female. For they will take their time longer and corner you for payment or get upset for addressing that they have caused damages. They prefer cash is what they push on you. Terrible service and a terrible company.
Almost two months now and still no resolution (still wouldn’t recommend)

After several months of looking I am missing a very specific piece of jewelry. Damages to my living room floor.
I finally got a call from one of the reps almost 3-4 months later. Asking me about my review and Finally wants to make things right. Still waiting to see if any update thus occur.
5 months As of today still no resolution.
A team of 3 guys from Best California Movers arrived at our place in Van Nuys with a reserved 26 foot truck and moved us to Palm Springs without any issues....
TLDR; Dmitrii and his team are awesome and were worth the price! We will never be able to move again without Best California Movers. Don't forget to tip...
