$75 per hour for 2 movers with the truck ( Monday - Thursday) plus 10% of the overall bill for licence and insurance (3) hour minimum $79 per hour for 2 movers with the truck ( Fri- Sun ) plus 10% of the overall bill for licence and insurance. Horrible! We scheduled one week in advance with John Delgado to help us with our move today, January 30th. He emailed us an invoice and a text verbal agreement that confirmed he would be there that morning. Mr. Delgado calls us five minutes prior to his scheduled arrival time of 9am and first states his truck has broken down and that he would see if he could send someone else. What a joke! NO SHOW!! We find out through a second call that he had taken a job in LA and cancelled on us last minute and states that he is too busy to talk and hangs up. Leaving us with no movers the day of! Lying and extremely unprofessional!! Beyond disappointed in the integrity of this business. Stay clear of Xpress moving do not recommend at all.

I have used Express moving a couple of times. They have provided five star service each and every time. They're packing services are phenomenal you can pick up a box full of dishes shake it and nothing moves nothing gets broken best packing Services ever. They're all so great at moving pianos which other moving companies I've had in the past refused to do. John's guys are friendly fast and very professional with great attitudes it's almost as if they enjoy being at work. I rate them as one of the best moving companies I have ever used. And will definitely be using them again in the future.

UNRELIABLE! Personal Experience: I NEVER In my life enjoy writing negative reviews, but in this case I have to in order to WARN other potential customers about this moving company. Let me just say that at first glance they seem like a great company/workers. The person We personally spoke with is JOHN DELGADO he kept my mind at ease and assured me it would be an easy process. Keep that in mind. He assured us that everything was going to be taken care of. We set a date and I felt relief of finally getting things going. When the day we had agreed on finally arrived. HE CANCELED! SAME DAY. No advance notice was given or warning! I looked at his reviews and I guess this isn’t his first time, or even second. FAIR WARNING!!! I highly Suggest you not hire this moving company if you want the job done. They are NOT RELIABLE. High chances of canceling.

STAY CLEAR!!! I would give them negative stars if I could. The most unprofessional and unethical company I have ever contacted. Spoke to John Delgado who claims to be the owner and made arrangements 1 week in advance for his movers. We emailed an agreement and he emailed and texted a verbal confirmation ageeement to be at our home at 9:00am. I even texted him again day before and he again texted confirmation. Morning of our move I get a call at 8:50 am from John Delgado he would not be able to move us, claims truck issues recommended his colleague who has helped out in past. She calls me but states he didn’t make it because he was busy and had another job in Los Angeles. She claims she was not able to help us out, too busy. Called John Delgado again and he confirmed he had to do another estimate in Los Angeles, he wouldn’t be able to help me. We were left without a mover the morning of our scheduled move out date on our lease.

My friend had booked them for moving had spoken to John Delgado. A week ago and they were all confirmed and ready to go. They called and canceled the day of the move. Completely disappointed in the way they handled the situation. I definitely do not recommend them. Very unprofessional and it seems like we weren’t the first ones this has happened to. Before booking please read the reviews. Luckily she found a different company to move forward with and the move will be done smoothly. I just wish they would’ve told us in time and have handled this situation in a professional matter.
