If I could give this company, a zero star review, I would, please do not waste your money or time. When we called in to receive a quote for our move, we were told it was very standard and might take four hours for the entire thing. That meant the minimum three hours plus maybe an hour or two, which would bring it to a maximum of five hours. The 6 1/2 hours in total which we were told it was completely standard and we should’ve expected. The crew was very nice and polite, and I have no issues with them except for the fact that during the move they broke several pieces of furniture, a barbecue grill and folded our mattress in half and tapped it During the move. Once the move is finished, we took pictures and sent numerous emails and made phone calls to the company about handling the items and getting them replaced or compensated. We moved in late March before Easter., And we are now only getting this resolved at the beginning of May. Customer service would always pass me off to leave messages or emails and then tell me they had up to 30 days to respond to any damage claims. When we finally did get in contact with them about replacement. They only pay $.60 per pound of broken items, there is some definite fine print for To consider. That means if they break something it doesn’t matter how much it cost. They will only pay you $.60 per pound of what the item weighs. After the move based on the retail value of the items we have about $600 in damages and unusable furniture, their response is send us a check for $150 and two base be grateful we got that. I am so sorry we used them and their total lack of professionalism. Zero accountability, terrible response from Customer service and management and no help whatsoever on our damage claim. If you are looking to make any kind of move, please shop around, get different estimates, and above all read the fine print.

These 5 guys were excellent. They were professional, friendly, and efficient, and most of all EXPERIENCED. Believe me, I’ve worked with hired hands before, and they aren’t usually particularly employable. Very politely and confidently asked us to step aside and let them handle the truck loading. I was happy to do so. These guys loaded the trucks like they were champion Tetris players in their teens. I mean, they fit all my stuff like a puzzle, not a single thing broken, and took great care to ensure they didn’t ding and hallway walls while moving the furniture into my home. They even helped us put a very heavy glass table back together and upright. With deft competence. I would absolutely use them again, and recommend them highly. And yes we DID tip them well. They made a heavy, laborious job thankfully easy on us.

I have worked with other moving companies before, and this was my best experience. Roberto and his crew were extremely efficient, handled everything with care, and courteous. They went above and beyond and I would hire his team again in a heartbeat.

Had to get some estimates together for our small office/warehouse move from Escondido to San Marcos. Raymond came out to our location for the estimate, we did not have to look any further after that. Glad to have a profesional moving company in the area. The movers were great and the experience shows in their work. Thanks Roberto and crew

Moved from a 2 bdrm in Escondido to another 2 bdrm in Irvine. I wasn’t sure what to expect since I’ve never hired movers before. David recommended 3 movers and I’m glad he did because the elevator at our new place was really slow so much of the items had to go up using the stairs. I would recommend them to anyone needing help

Update on my prior review: We are intending on suing this company. They broke furniture, lost a few items, charged us double, and refuse to reimburse us...
