I had to repack half of my pod because of the crew doing it incorrectly. They were supposed to dissemble the bed, roll up my foam mattress (which I had compressed) and secure it with zip ties, disassemble my bed, etc.. The way it was packed was extremely disorganized, putting very heavy boxes on very light ones. My foam mattress popped open because it was not rolled up and put in correctly, despite me giving instructions to do so. My chair was broken. I had to disassemble my bed myself. This was all before the pod had even moved out of my driveway. I called the owner to let him know that I was dissatisfied with the work and was met with “Well were you watching them do the work?” which is super condescending, I have my own work to do in my house for my move and y’all doing your jobs is literally the bare minimum. Owner told me he would get back to me yesterday to make it right and I haven’t heard anything since. This company lacks professionalism and accountability.

Do not use these jerks. They damaged my furniture I submitted a claim for them to pay for the damages and they keep refusing and denying they did anything to my furniture. My furniture was NOT damaged before the move. I will proceed with small claims court if they do not comply. I paid an additional fee to cover if there was any damage to my property and they refuse. Bad for business. Plus they showed up with no moving blankets they rushed through the move saying they had another job in Austin. Like that was my problem you over booked.
Your response is a total lie you guys kept denying there was any damage per the insurance I had purchased to use if any furniture was damaged. I submitted everything to the insurance and they said you kept denying the damage saying it was like that when you moved it. Again another lie. Yes you over booked as your 2 movers who showed up said you did and that's why they were rushing and I have witnesses who were present when they stated that. I called you and texted you to ask for more time as they were rushing because they said you booked a move in Austin and they had to leave. You never called me back or responded to my text. I also still have the text message where you apologized for the damage to my furniture so again you are a damn liar.So no you are a liar I hope people read my review and they not use you. Picture of text message is attached so go ahead and deny it now even with my proof you lied. Bad for business

I would’ve given 5 stars but the owners lack of being non responsive due to their mistake has changed it! I booked through Yelp and was in communication via text. The owner was very responsive after I put down a deposit and even accommodated me when I moved my move date up by a few days. I texted when the owner received his deposit as was very quickly to respond and every time up until my move date. However, when I reached out to him to let him know his workers broke some vases of mine. I’ve received no response from them at all!!! I’ve reached out to the owner numerous times and nothing! Not Okay!!!! I understand mistakes happen but ignoring customers thinking that issues will go away is not the way to handle business!

Fantastic Long Distance move . David and his crew moved me cross country 1300 miles. They packed everything with great care, had plenty of blankets l, and had my stuff to my destination in 24 hrs . The pricing was phenomenal also beating my other two quotes by half the price !! Highly recommend.

I would have loved to give these guys a better review for how kind they were, however I should have gone somewhere else for professional packers. I booked for 2 hours, the arrival time was between 12-1pm and they didn't get there until 1:50pm which when I was called saying they were on their way it was supposed to be 1:30 and ended up still being 20 minutes even more late. Upon arrival one guy said it was his birthday and so I understand being a bit distracted but while I was there he kept answering phone calls, texts and such and it felt so unprofessional. Now because they were late and I had only planned on them being booked for 3 hours at max I had to leave for the remainder of them packing, well it ended up taking 4 hours 🙃 and when I arrived back to my 1 bedroom 700sqft apartment the bathroom wasn't packed, there was trash from their lunch everywhere and pee in my toilet. I was kind and understanding up to that point and I feel that if you're going to get packers do not go with them.

Finally got to open our boxes to start unpacking, half my stuff is broken, the boxes are in complete dissaray and our bed is missing so many pieces that in order to put it back together we're having to order new parts!
When I called originally to have this resolved from the the only solution given was a $50 credit for military, which my husband is and never offered in the first place, IF I removed this post. I was told these guys never get bad reviews so it is what it is and when i said I felt brushed off he said "If I didn't care about what you have to say I would just not answer your call" Needless to say please save yourself and don't use these guys for packing, our movers when we arrived were appalled when we told them we didn't pack ourselves and that we paid for this.
