Excellent service. I was in a bind this afternoon and in less than two hours they were able to send two guys to help move something super heavy! Definitely recommend and will use them again in the future.
The movers were on time, friendly, efficient and completed the move in 2 hours less than the time quoted on the estimate. We had a small mishap during our move in which one of our office desks was broken. The owner of the company did reach out to us after the move and we were able to reach an agreement that I was happy with! Things happen, not everything can go perfect every time, but I appreciated the owner of the company reaching out personally to get the issue resolved.
I was all set to go with a past company until I received a packing box on the porch of my new house advertising House and Box. It was an interesting marketing tactic so I checked their reviews and saw 5 stars. I gave them a shot and I’m so glad I did. I couldn’t recommend them more. I had to reschedule a few times and Kevin was always friendly and helpful. Dom, Dee and Traff showed up with smiles and worked a LONG day. I ended up needing two trips because we have so much stuff and when they finished at 9 pm they still had their smiles and asked if we needed any more help. There was also good communication during the move, with them double checking where to put things and letting us know when they were starting and stopping the clock for lunch and traveling. Having friendly movers is amazing since you’ll be working side by side with them for 12 or so hours. I’ve already recommended them to family! I also found their price to be very affordable and competitive.
We had a wonderful experience with House N Box movers! Our first contact was with Kevin, who made the scheduling and all the arrangements as easy as possible. On moving day, the crew was Brett, Nick and Isaiah. They kept in contact with us regarding arrival time, and when they did arrive they got right to work. They were upbeat, professional, and took great care of all of our belongings. This was a long distance move, which consisted of a 4+ hour drove, so by the time they made it to the destination it was very late, around 11pm, but the crew didn't slow down, didn't complain, and continued with the same level of care they took when loading us up, even though it was late and had been a very long day.
I cant say enough about the great experience we had with House N Box Movers. We will definitely be using them again if we have any moving needs in the future.

-took 1.5 hrs for a 15 min drive, they blamed it on traffic( there was none)
-the supervisor was yelling on the phone demanding I pay 1400 or my items would not get unloaded from the truck
- they were moving so slow two neighbors decided to help them as it was already late at night
I’ve moved many times, never had I witnessed such unprofessional behavior, for my move in, it was a similar move and it took 3 hours not 10.
