I’d hope that having movers would help in easing the stress of moving. Unfortunately it made it more stressful. My move date was March 31, 2025 with a short drive from the previous living area to current. Better deal movers had 2 men movers at $95 for the first two hours I believe and it took a turn for the worse. Our window was from 9am-11am; they showed up about 9:45am. We had a ton of boxes but for a one bedroom it took hours to get the boxes from the 3rd floor to first floor with elevators. They didn’t cover our mattress and poorly wrapped our sofa. Arrival to the new property was around 11:40am. Unknowingly we were not aware of the freight elevator being down so that’s a separate matter at hand. Keep in mind the living area was up the street 5 minutes away, so we weren’t moving far. It was well over an hour before we were able to get anything into our new apartment which was very frustrating and I could tell not just for myself, but for the younger mover with better deal. When they were finally able to move things in they poorly handled EVERY large household item from the sofa, bed frame and mattress. It was either ripped, torn and scraped. I had to add videos just to send the manager because they didn’t finish until around 6pm and we would’ve paid them over $600 for tearing our furniture which was fairly new. I was able to replace the bed frame, but unable to repair the sofa. If I hadn’t had any videos we’d be charged so much for a horrible move. The mover with the glasses informed us that the sofa needed four movers because of its weight, but it only took two for delivery. I very upset with them and we ended up only paying $350, but that was still a bit much for the damage they caused. Then they moved on to others. Were left to have to replace furniture that was pretty much new. The manager offered to have the sofa fixed, but I declined due to distrust. I was also offered a better deal on a future move, but I’d never consider or recommend better deal movers because of my experience. 😔 Although I have videos I will not post here.

I received outstanding service. The two guys worked fast and efficiently. I was impressed. The temperature was well over 90 degrees and this did not slow them down. They were professional and friendly. They wrapped the furniture and broke down the bed. Once at the apartment they removed the boxes, unwrapped the furniture and assembled the bed in less than 3 hours. My load filled a large truck. I highly recommend Best Deal Movers and will definitely use them for my next move. Great job guys!

Better Deal Movers moved my parents from their home of 28 years to their new home close to me. They took great care with all of the heavy, antique furniture, were so much faster than we expected, and were genuinely kind during a hard day saying goodbye to a long-term home. I cannot recommend them enough, and thank you for making the day so much easier than we all expected!

Will book them again if I need to move. They came in and unloaded my two U Pack Boxes in an hour! Granted they flew through with an unexpected number of movers...but it worked out fantastically to ease the stress of moving my belongings to the third floor. The pulled out jumped out the truck got right to work and wrapped up mega fast. They even took out two items for me that ended up being trash after the move. Loved them! Glad I found em.

This was our 2nd time useing them. And another great experience. Confirmed the day before , arrived on time. Took great care of all our items even moved...

This company sucks. Uncooperative and damaged a lot of our possessions. Poor communications. Wouldn't give me a signed contract for my records.
