We have used this company many times within our family and friends and have always been very satisfied. Not so much this time. The driver was not very friendly or accommodating (the other guy was nicer). A bedroom set was going to my son's house but driver said if it's upstairs we can't do it, too big to go upstairs. Later, he said a recliner loveseat for my parents room wouldn't fit through the door. My dad and I unwrapped it and brainstorm the situation and figured out how to get it through the door with the 2nd guys help. After they left, a big dent in the doorway to a bathroom caught my eye. I am attaching a picture of the dent. I don't know what was going on with them this time but definitely not the best service we have received from them.

AD and his team are INCREDIBLE! I will NEVER use any movers other than Better Deal Movers ever again. They were sooooo quick, professional, respectful, careful, and absolutely incredible to work with. This was my second big move with them and they handled everything with ease. AD helped answer all of my questions re: logistics, pick up, drop off, etc., and was very responsive to my calls and texts. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. But don't hesitate, book them for your move and let them handle the heavy burden of moving - you will not regret it!

Better Deal Movers moved my parents from their home of 28 years to their new home close to me.
