All we can say is Wow!! Amazing, amazing crew and company! So professional and friendly throughout the entire process. Ray, Israel and Jose were spectacular! They loaded up our duplex and unloaded into our new house in 4 hours total!! Everything was handled with care, nothing damaged, and we were literally told to sit back and relax while they did all the work 🤯 Can’t recommend this company enough, and the price was on point too. You get what you pay for and this was well worth every cent. Thanks again, guys! You made a potentially stressful day so easy breezy!

I just worked with 2 gentlemen in one of the easiest and fastest moves I’ve ever done. I moved into a rather challenging apartment to move large furniture and Unicorn made this entire move happen very smoothly. All of my belongings were taken great care of. The entire move only took 3.5 hours from start to finish! Highly recommend them!

We had Unicorn move our office (of 30 people, which we had been in for 32 years), on a pretty tight schedule, as we had to be operational in the new space, with computer equipment reinstalled, over a long weekend. And they made it happen! Great experience. They arranged to have some packers come in at kind of the last minute when we realized we needed them, and the moving crew were great – very accommodating to changes on the fly as we saw how things were fitting in the new space, and attentive to make sure everything was done and in the right place before they left. Really quick, and less expensive than we expected. Thanks.

Unicorn has moved me twice over the past 6 months. Once from my house in Austin to storage and, more recently, from storage to Dallas. In both cases I had a lot going on and wasn’t super organized or fully prepared, and in both instances the crews went to work and figured it out. They’re not just great movers, they’re also very organized, calm, kind and professional. The packing they did for me in Austin last minute was stellar; carefully packed and well organized. I wasn’t even present in Austin when they loaded and brought everything to me in Dallas, but it was seamless. Honestly, I’ve moved with the big name movers as well as local movers over the years and these were my best two moving experiences. These guys are smart, efficient and take pride in what they do. I HIGHLY recommend them. Big thanks to my guys from both moves: Jim, Jose, Robert and Caleb. Y’all are all awesome!

This review is for two VERY LARGE moves for St Austin Catholic Church and School. Unicorn Moving and Storage moved our school Pre-K through 8th grade from their temporary location into a brand new 6 floors building that was still an active worksite which required accommodations on Unicorn’s part. A week later they moved the parish staff from their temporary location into the new building. Unicorn works on an hourly basis instead of a weight basis. Their bid was right on target with other companies that we interviewed. As it turns out, the final invoice was below budget which allowed us to give their moving employees a nice bonus. We went with Unicorn for several reasons, all of which proved to be right on target. We were so impressed with their very well thought out strategy for loading the trucks. They were so flexible and able to pivot as things came up during the move-out as well as the move-in as it was an active construction site. Charles, the owner, Chili, their salesperson and Brent, the foreman of our moves met with us several times to walk our temporary campuses as well as our new building, so they knew exactly what to expect. In both moves we had to do some shuffling of furniture that was not being moved at that time as well as loading. They were very accommodating with that part of our move. The school move required six trucks. They loaded one day, stored our things over night and unloaded the next day. For the parish office move it was a one-day move-loaded and unloaded using two trucks. We had the best moving crew for both moves! They were efficient, had a system for delivering boxes and furniture to the 6 floors. They were friendly and had such positive attitudes. They were careful with our furniture, and so accommodating when we changed our minds on where an item was being placed. They are professionals all the way around. This has been the best experience we have had with a moving company!!! We will be using them again in the summer of 2024 when we move our priests into their new rectory.
