We recently hired Muscleman Elite Moving and Storage for two separate moves; one from Bee Cave to Lakeway, and another from the Houston area to Lakeway. From start to finish, the entire team was fantastic. They clearly take immense pride in their work, delivering top-tier customer service across every phase, including planning, estimating, scheduling, and execution.
Jacob made the initial process seamless. He was clear and concise about how everything would work and made it incredibly easy to upload videos so they could accurately estimate the necessary crew size and truck capacity.
Our movers, Jesse and John, truly went above and beyond for both jobs. They handled all of our belongings with extreme care, wrapping fragile items carefully and packing the truck securely. Upon arrival, they placed every single item exactly where we wanted it. This company goes to great lengths to ensure a positive customer experience, even their hold music is clever and put a smile on my face! Muscleman Elite is a fantastic business, and we absolutely plan to use them for all our future moves. Give them a shot; you won't be disappointed!
I had Ernest Eric and Adam for two days packing up my house and getting me moved to my new place. These guys took great care of my belongings better then I would have done myself! Not only are they professional, but they were a great group guys to BS with! I HIGHLY recommend these guys for you packing/moving needs!
Thank again guys!

We had a large, very heavy (est 450 lbs), custom table with a tabletop made of pencils cut in half covered with heavy glass that needed to be moved from a portable storage unit into a conference room. John and Leonard were able to get it done. It was not easy; however, they figured out how to maneuver it despite the obstacles including bringing it up some stairs and into a conference room with a glass wall and single door opening. They were very friendly and courteous as well. The only downside was that, despite several conversations regarding the size and weight of the table, difficulty with moving it previously, photos, and videos of the table, the person doing the intake underestimated what was involved and the movers needed. Nevertheless, John and Leonard showed up after hours and got it done! Thank you again to John and Leonard!
I had an excellent experience with Muscleman Elite Moving & Storage. John Sanchez and his partner helped unload nearly 100 pieces of furniture into my storage unit, and they were outstanding from start to finish.
They were patient, professional, and extremely careful with every piece, making sure everything was handled properly and placed where it needed to go. Their hard work and attention to detail made a huge job go smoothly and stress-free.
I highly recommend Muscleman Elite Moving & Storage, especially John and his team. I will definitely be hiring them again the next time I need moving services. Thank you for the great work!
John and Leonard moved our shed from one corner of our backyard to the other. What started as an easy 20 ft move turned into a wild adventure that involved the pouring rain, moving string lights, getting stuck in the mud and having to get really creative with getting a very large shed into a very small space. They did it the entire time with smiles on their faces and determination in their hearts! Christy is also a dream to coordinate with on the phone. Our whole experience top to bottom was a 10/10! highly recommend!
