We recently hired Muscleman Elite Moving and Storage for two separate moves; one from Bee Cave to Lakeway, and another from the Houston area to Lakeway. From start to finish, the entire team was fantastic. They clearly take immense pride in their work, delivering top-tier customer service across every phase, including planning, estimating, scheduling, and execution.
Jacob made the initial process seamless. He was clear and concise about how everything would work and made it incredibly easy to upload videos so they could accurately estimate the necessary crew size and truck capacity.
Our movers, Jesse and John, truly went above and beyond for both jobs. They handled all of our belongings with extreme care, wrapping fragile items carefully and packing the truck securely. Upon arrival, they placed every single item exactly where we wanted it. This company goes to great lengths to ensure a positive customer experience, even their hold music is clever and put a smile on my face! Muscleman Elite is a fantastic business, and we absolutely plan to use them for all our future moves. Give them a shot; you won't be disappointed!
John and Leonard moved our shed from one corner of our backyard to the other. What started as an easy 20 ft move turned into a wild adventure that involved the pouring rain, moving string lights, getting stuck in the mud and having to get really creative with getting a very large shed into a very small space. They did it the entire time with smiles on their faces and determination in their hearts! Christy is also a dream to coordinate with on the phone. Our whole experience top to bottom was a 10/10! highly recommend!
I couldn’t be happier with the service from Muscle Man Elite! They moved my hot tub from my driveway to my back patio, and even a rainy day didn’t slow them down one bit. Fortunately, the rain was light, but the crew jumped out of the truck with great attitudes, positive energy, and immediately got to work.
Their teamwork was impressive. They worked efficiently, communicated well, and had the entire job completed in less than 15 minutes. It was obvious they knew exactly what they were doing.
From the initial consultation and quote to the completed move, the entire experience was top-notch, professional, and completely hassle-free. Showed up within the delivery window. Kept in touch and was informative. Was careful with my pool table. Made sure the table was where I wanted. They were both professional and courteous. Used these the same company a year to move my table and they did such a great job I had to hire them again! They even sent the same movers Jimmy and Memo (hope I spelled his nickname correctly). Will always recommend to friends and family.
If you want a white glove moving experience - use Muscleman - the guys care deeply about serving your needs and caring for your property. I have used several moving companies around the country and these guys were hands down some of the best I've hired - a 3 bedroom house loaded and on its way to the new house in under 3 hours ... not a single broken item and tons of laughs and smiles all around! This was a very different kind of experience moving - well done Muscleman Elite - I usually go for 2 cheap guys with a truck or do a lot of it myself - but they were well worth the price and I'd hire them again. Communication spot on - office manager Christi was amazing to work with and John was diligent and made certain I was happy! Thanks for taking such good care of us.
