Copper Palm Moving & Storage

From initially getting a quote to signing off on a completed move, I was impressed with Copper Palm’s professional and friendly service. They were up front about all charges and explained the process completely so I was left with no questions and no surprises. Jason, Drake, and Junior took great care of all of my stuff from disassembly through unloading - I even joked with them that they were treating my stuff better than I would have. These guys did in less than three hours what would have taken me and handful of friends at least a day to do. They were friendly and respectful and didn’t “waste” a minute of time while the clock was running. They were highly attentive to my needs, responsive to all requests, made recommendations, and communicated thoroughly and respectfully. I’d highly recommend Copper Palm and plan on contacting them again when it comes time for my next move. (I made a local move from a large one bedroom with oversized furniture into a storage unit)

Easy to make a booking, were available to come next day - Vince and Jason were prompt, well supplied with blankets, they were quick to wrap everything up and load it. Everything was well taken care of, unloaded and placed where directed. Will be using again for my partners move, highly recommend. Moving is already a struggle, let these guys take care of the heavy stuff 🔆

James and Franklin helped me and my wife move between apartments. They were very professional and worked quickly in the heat. They showed up on time and were very polite. Our belongings were wrapped with moving blankets and they disassembled and reassembled our large table. Went above and beyond.

Update - After posting the review I did get a response and Cooper Palm did address the missing bolt and got the desk assembled. Copper Palm handled the unloading of our furniture after a move from out of state. Our belongings had gone into storage at Copper Palm. The crew arrived and things seemed to be going well. There were numerous damaged items but there's no way of knowing if the damages happened en-route to TX or while in the warehouse. Most likely it happened en-route. However, the crew had a number of issues. They had to take apart and reassemble both of our storage beds because they weren't done correctly. This probably added almost an hour to the job. They also had trouble reassembling a desk. When I asked if they had gotten it assembled, they said yes but that evening I realized they had left off a support bolt and the bolt was nowhere to be found. They also took a wheel that had fallen off a hose reel and just stuck it back on loosely. Didn't realize that it was not properly attached until after they were gone. One of the crew members was constantly complaining that he needed to be finished. I reached out to complain about the missing bolt and poor desk assembly and I've received no response in over a week.

I recently made a move across states and used Copper Palm Moving and Storage and it was a great experience. The team was really easy to communicate when they would be able to unload my items and deliver them to my home. I went to see the unloading from the containers into their trucks and they were friendly and careful with my items. They paid attention to the labels on the box that were fragile. Upon arrival to the apartment both Frank and Jason were very quick and efficient with my items. They asked where I wanted the boxes which made unpacking so much easier! They even offered to help set up the TV & unboxing the mattress and setting it up. Their attention to detail of where they put stuff and not using the dolly inside to not track in dirt really showed how they go above and beyond. 10/10 would recommend!
