Why I didn't hear about these guys before!!!! Very professional, on time, careful, what else to say? I moved two weeks ago from Florida to NYC, the way how they handled the job is outstanding, very approaching, my sales representative Luka was always answering on my questions, and trust me I have a lot questions. I had many art pieces that were fragile and wanted them to be handled carefully. Every single piece was delivered in original condition!! I would recommend these guys any time

Punctual, Friendly, Professional, Delicate, and thorough, Up n Go Moving made moving day a breeze. They wrapped and packed everything so well and unloaded every item and box into its new home, making sure the right items went to the right rooms. They helped me put some of the furniture back together and set up the beds, etc. 10/10 would recommend!!

Good customer service is not dead! This company truly blew me away with their level service. Every single person from the dispatcher, to the movers, to the owner were just wonderful. There was a little hiccup the morning of the move, but the owner of the small business was in communication the entire time and even showed up within 20 minutes to our location to help remedy something that wasn’t even his fault. I will absolutely recommend Up N Go to anyone moving, and we’d definitely use them again. We received several quotes from various companies and this business was the most efficient, timely, thorough, fairly priced, and customer centric. At 7months pregnant, I was worried about the stress of overseeing this project but they were so attentive, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience l. Ps- These guys WORK! Make sure to tip!
