The best service! Frederico and Alexis truly saved me! I would have had a breakdown with out them. They came and boxed up all my items, brought them to my storage AND then brought the remainder to my new place. It was a LONG day and they had the best happy attitude the entire time! MADE IT SO EASY! 10 out of 5 stars!

The Two Men and a Truck moving service was not good, here is why: 1. They acted like they were saving us money on the move day by saying that we were going over the last hour by 10 minutes (to get a bigger tip) 2. We have a small 1 bed room and it took 5 hours to move (we were moving 12-15 minute drive away from our last place) 3. They lost one of our pictures. I called and the customer service women said they cleaned the truck. Acted like I was lying. Said the $50 damage fee could not reimburse me for the lost item as it was not damaged. Two days later they called me and said they found it. 4. They lost a small leg on the bookshelf. I told the customer service women and sent her a picture and she never got back to me. (Why would I pay $50 damage fee when the company will not help with missing/damaged items after the move) 5. The movers acted exhausted as if they could not do the job. It made me feel bad so I had them leave it all on the lower level and then I had to do all the moving work. 6. They did not bring their own water and asked me for water. 7. They started the time when they arrive in the parking lot not when they actually start moving items. 8. They told me they could cover our floors as they are newly refinished when I called ahead of time. When they arrived they said they could not do that. They were sliding boxes on our new floor and were not very careful. This is all unacceptable for $1,300+ dollars in moving costs.

Jimmy Ellis and his partner Joey made my moving experience a great one. They were swift, efficient, personable, professional, and very delicate with my items. I have very heavy bedroom furniture and the place I was moving to did not have the widest entry ways. Even with that Jimmy and Joey were able to get the move done in 2.5hrs which saved me some money! I'm very appreciative for that. This is my second time using Two Men and a Truck and I will be using them again in the future! Thanks again Jimmy and Joey!

This was my first time working with Two Men and A Truck, and it was a great experience. My move was a two-stop pick-up from Chicago and delivery in Bloomington-Normal, about 135 miles (2.5 hrs) south of Chicago. My move consisted of 6 bedroom sets (bed frame, dresser, mirror, night stand), 4 couches, 9 lamps, and 1 chair. Up front, the customer service team was responsive, understanding, and flexible. A few days prior to the move, the pickup time had to be shifted back ~2 hrs. The team adjusted immediately and without issue, and arrived promptly on the day of the move (with proactive communication in advance). The moving team - specicially the pair of “Alex and Tristan” from Chicago - did a flawless job. Everything was loaded quickly, efficiently, and without damage. The two were polite and communicated well throughout. This continued through the dropoff location. In total, the job lasted almost exactly 8 hrs. If I have a large and/or complex move in the future, I will use Two Men and A Truck. The service was fairly priced and executed well.

5 Stars! I recently used Two Men and a Truck for my move, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. George and Marlin were outstanding—extremely professional, polite, and efficient. They handled everything with care and made the entire process stress-free. The truck was spotless and well-organized, and both movers were clean-cut and represented the company exceptionally well. I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck, especially if you’re lucky enough to get George and Marlin!

I was overcharged by $900, I was offered $100 as a good will gesture. No thanks. I was taken advantage of and you know it.

HORRIBLE - They were lazy and would not move a couch because it had to be taken apart. They double billed me and did not refund me for the over draft fee....
