Hello. It was great to see the driver Jose who picked up my stuff from California. The crew in Texas was great. Xavier and Caleb were on time and great. They were quick and courteous and engaged. While we had a minor issue with a broken Santa, these guys were so AWESOME I didn't even care. Great job all the way around! Timely, friendly and quick! Keep up the fantastic work. White glove receiving and delivery is an important and crucial part of my service, so I was so glad to find Southbay after speaking to multiple other companies.
