Got2Move

Gopt2Move moved my family from Sherman Oaks in the San Fernando Valley to Milipitas in the Bay Area. We moved a 3 bedroom house along with a garage and small office. My experience with the team was excellent from start to finish. Emily was very friendly, accessible and informative on the front end. She helped coordinate for Vadim (I think!) to come out and give a no-cost visual estimate, and this whole process was quick and easy (two days after I requested it). There were two teams of gentleman who moved us, Alex, Vlad and Max packed up our house, and Anton, Alex, Ilia and Sasha unloaded into our new townhouse. They were all very efficient, professional, friendly and made me feel confident that they were taking good care of everything. They were super helpful on both ends when it came to what needed to be packed, unpacked, where things needed to be placed and so on. They moved some furniture around when we needed, and somehow got our enormous couch up a narrow stairwell to the second floor! I used the significantly cheaper cash price, and felt more free to tip the guys a lot better because of it. Getting a bunch of cash is an additional hassle (changing ATM limits, visiting multiple ATMs) but worth it. I would use them again if I ever move!

Right from the start, Belle from Got2Move was incredibly helpful answering all my questions. I had to arrange a very quick and hasty move for my elderly parents from San Fran to Daly City, as I was abroad. I got a reply from Belle right away and she was so kind and helpful when I felt frazzled and had to move around dates and which services my parents would need. I also had to make last minute changes and Got2Move were so patient and let me make changes that came up. Furthermore, my parents don't speak a lot of English and I'm super grateful that the team who came and helped them, were so understanding and kind. My mother said that the gentlemen who helped them pack and move, went the extra mile and even helped her get things from the basement that she almost forgot about. The movers were careful with all the stuff and helped my parents pack everything. They really went above and beyond as both my parents have mobility issues. There were no hidden costs or surprises, and the entire process from start to finish was efficient and done professionally. I will definitely use them again and I will tell everyone who needs movers to use Got2Move. Thank you so much for helping my parents and myself and showing so much respect and professionalism. I highly recommend!

The team was courteous, transparent and efficient, taking great care to move my items carefully. It was a relatively small job that took an hour. There was a misunderstanding by the crew about the payment for tipping (which I absolutely believe in doing) but when I mentioned it to the office they were incredibly responsive and promptly corrected the misunderstanding. They truly want to deliver top value and work very hard to make sure their customers are happy with the service and experience. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
