What immediately stood out was their transparent pricing. They were the only company we contacted that provided a simple, all-inclusive rate with no hidden charges, fuel fees, truck fees, or other surprise add-ons. Their recommendation for our move was a 3-man crew and one large box truck at $260/hour, making it very easy to understand and budget for the move. Emily was fantastic throughout the process. She promptly provided the moving policy, CMSA documentation, and a sample combined moving agreement that clearly outlined every detail of the service. We appreciated the level of transparency and professionalism before the move even began. On moving day, the VS crew contacted us approximately 30 minutes before arrival, which we greatly appreciated. Communication was excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, efficient, careful with our belongings, and respectful of the moving requirements at both our commercial building in San Francisco and our HOA-managed building in Oakland. The crew worked hard, stayed organized, and made what could have been a stressful day feel easy and well-managed. We are extremely happy with the service provided by both Got2Move and the VS crew. I hired Got2move's "VS Crew" for my recent move, and they were great from start to finish. I had three movers, and they worked with me for about 3.5 hours. Moving out of my old apartment took a little time, but once we got to San Francisco, things got stressful when a parking enforcer told us we only could park if we had permission from landlord to unload-- which is typical of parking enforcement officials with their cocky attitude, the team of movers were respectful and persuasive to get the items unloaded in a timely manner. The team didn’t waste a second — they moved quickly, efficiently, and still treated my belongings with care and got my stuff unloaded within 30 minutes. They managed to get everything unloaded within the time limit and even assembled all my major furniture exactly where I needed it. I was especially impressed with how carefully they handled my China cabinet as it's something that has been in my family for over 30 years. Everything arrived safely with zero damage, which was a huge relief. Overall, the team was professional, fast, and respectful. I had attempted to schedule a fairly simple office move (file cabinets moved upstairs, desk, chairs and boxes moved to our CEO's house with another company. This other company "no-showed" on us twice despite an extended conversation on a Friday. I called Got2Move, practically in tears during the second "no-show" on a Sunday morning and they got us scheduled late that week. I received 4 emails and 5 texts from Got2Move within two hours after I called confirming various details of our move. The new move day arrived, no movers at the appointed time. I'm in panic mode again, called, and found out that the movers had gotten a flat tire on the way in. A new truck showed up at 10:30 am (I had asked they be there by 9 am if at all possible, but hey, they got there). They were able to get our CEO's items packed (they did a great job cushioning the furniture and some artwork) and brought to their new home. Our CEO was very pleased with their service. These movers then were able to find a parking spot downtown for their truck (what great parking karma!) and were finally able to get a series of file cabinets moved up a floor in our building. I was really impressed with their packing skills, everything was moved safely, both of the young men were very polite and professional and were also very patient with me when I got a little excited and went into micro-management mode. The Got2Move scheduler got in touch with me the next day and I gave her two thumbs up for the service.

They were super helpful, communicative, and professional throughout the entire process. We had a lot of questions because we’d never hired movers and were moving with our baby. They were very responsive, accommodating, and friendly. The movers picking up and unpacking did a great job. They arrived on time, didn’t damage anything, and got the job done really quickly. I feel like the price was a good deal compared to other companies. Definitely recommend! We’ll use them again for the next move.

Anton and his team did an amazing job transporting my belongings 300+ miles from SoCal to NorCal today. They were very communicative and efficient with the delivery. Anton called about one hour before arrival so I knew when to expect them. They were very efficient and quick which made the coordination seamless for me! In addition, they took great care of all my items — I had in total 20+ items (boxes, bags, guitar) and nothing was missing or damaged. Their professionalism makes the experience with Got2Move worth recommending to anyone in need of transportation or moving services. I would choose them again for my next move.
