Poor Communication. Horrible movers. I am a property manager and deal with moving companies on a daily basis. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. After my initial inquiry I received 19 text messages from Fabio, Alessandra and Lilian. Four people called me the week of my move to confirm my details that I already confirmed online. During each conversation I had to explain the details of my move and what they should expect upon arriving at my new location. After talking to four different people I didn’t think anything could go wrong. My move-in day was a DISASTER. The movers called me speaking Spanish and I could not understand them. I tried calling the Zapt office to see if someone could help me translate and nobody answered. I was on hold twice for 45+ minutes. The lady who finally called me back was extremely rude and once again had no idea what was going on. She said she would call me back after she got everything worked out but I never heard from her again. Think twice before booking with this company. Moving is stressful enough and I didn’t need the extra headache they caused.
