Ontrack Moving

I had an excellent experience with Ontrack Moving from start to finish. I called needing help on very short notice and was hoping to schedule a move within the same week. Carmina immediately stepped in and made it happen. She was incredibly patient, responsive, and thorough, and took the time to walk me through every detail so I knew exactly what to expect. Her communication and follow-through made a potentially stressful situation feel completely manageable. What made this even more impressive is that I had two separate moves, on two different days, and at two different locations. Both moving teams were outstanding. Each crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated everything with care. They were professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process, checking in with me along the way and making sure items were placed exactly where I needed them. It is rare to find a moving company that delivers consistent service across multiple crews and multiple locations, but Ontrack did exactly that. From scheduling and coordination with Carmina to execution by the moving teams, the entire experience was smooth, organized, and reliable. I would absolutely use Ontrack Moving again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a responsive, professional, and dependable moving company.

Cesar and his crew were amazing. They arrived on time even when we requested an early start at 7 am, were very careful, quick and experienced packing everything big and small. They disassembled the furniture and know how to put it together in no time. All moving companies gave us a slighlty less expensive quote but said the move would take 3 days (some said up to 11 business days), OnTrack got it done in 2 days. I am grateful for their service, although this was a big move they have made it much easier. I hope I don't have to move again, but if I do, I am definitely reaching out to OnTrack again.

We had a great experience with On Track Moving. From the start, they were quick with providing us a quote and COI for our office move. A special thanks to Paul who answered the dozens of questions we had. He's been incredibly diligent and helpful from throughout. And Carmina who scheduled the move and parking permits. Also, the amazing crew we had over the weekend, Hugoa and his team! When we ran into issues with our furniture layout, On Track was quick to solve them, worked beyond their hours, and even came the next day to help us. They've made this move so much easier for us. Moving is a big pain, but Ontrack makes it easy and convenient. I was very pleased with my first Ontrack moving experience, so I requested the same crew for my second move. Edwin, Jose, and Victor are fast and efficient. They carefully protected all of my furniture, and they even repaired one piece of furniture that had been missing some nails for a long time.

We had a nice experience with Ontrak. Office folks (Alexia) were very pleasant and communicated regularly. Folks got a little mixed up when we changed the move date by one day, but no problem sorting it out. Pricing was in the middle of quotes received. On the day of our move a 6 person crew showed up with Jonathan Andres as supervisor. They got everything loaded in one day despite having to use a shuttle to get from the house to the van on the street. We hired them for direct drive and they showed up on time the arrival day with 3 guys and Jonathan as supervisor again. Everything was unloaded, unpacked and moved into the house in 5 hours. A few items were left partially disassembled at our request as we needed to do some organizing before assembly was completed. With all the packing, shuttling, loading, unloading, unpacking and move in we had only one damaged item. A foot was broken off a storage bench but that was fixed in 10 minutes. Great job done by all.
