I had an excellent experience with Ontrack Moving from start to finish. I called needing help on very short notice and was hoping to schedule a move within the same week. Carmina immediately stepped in and made it happen. She was incredibly patient, responsive, and thorough, and took the time to walk me through every detail so I knew exactly what to expect. Her communication and follow-through made a potentially stressful situation feel completely manageable.
What made this even more impressive is that I had two separate moves, on two different days, and at two different locations. Both moving teams were outstanding. Each crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated everything with care. They were professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process, checking in with me along the way and making sure items were placed exactly where I needed them.
It is rare to find a moving company that delivers consistent service across multiple crews and multiple locations, but Ontrack did exactly that. From scheduling and coordination with Carmina to execution by the moving teams, the entire experience was smooth, organized, and reliable.
I would absolutely use Ontrack Moving again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a responsive, professional, and dependable moving company.

We had a nice experience with Ontrak. Office folks (Alexia) were very pleasant and communicated regularly. Folks got a little mixed up when we changed the move date by one day, but no problem sorting it out. Pricing was in the middle of quotes received.
On the day of our move a 6 person crew showed up with Jonathan Andres as supervisor. They got everything loaded in one day despite having to use a shuttle to get from the house to the van on the street.
We hired them for direct drive and they showed up on time the arrival day with 3 guys and Jonathan as supervisor again. Everything was unloaded, unpacked and moved into the house in 5 hours. A few items were left partially disassembled at our request as we needed to do some organizing before assembly was completed.
With all the packing, shuttling, loading, unloading, unpacking and move in we had only one damaged item. A foot was broken off a storage bench but that was fixed in 10 minutes. Great job done by all.

Every moment with OnTrack for our CA to AZ move was professional and delightful. - from the in-person estimate, to the communication leading up to the big day, to the professional, kind, and detail-oriented team led by Eduardo. They treated our furniture, art and goods as if it were their own, wrapping everything carefully and then assembling for us in our new home. I couldn’t recommend them more.

Mauricio was the head of a great crew who moved our furniture with care and efficiency. They were very clean and polite and they took good care of our belongings! He was a joy to work with! We have moved a few times in the past several years and this is by far the best company we have used. I would highly recommend them!

Ontrack Moving was fantastic. Paul came out to survey our storage locker and apartment and provided a fair bid for a move from Burlingame, CA to Oak Harbor, WA. He was able to meet our timeline for scheduling the load in and the big, two day drive up north. On the load in day, four Ontrack guys came and took care of the storage locker in short order followed by clearing out the apartment. They were mindful of keeping under their gross weight, so unfortunately they had to leave about 1000 lbs of stuff behind. Then two movers - Nelson and Carlos (not three, as originally expected) made their way 880 miles north to our new house. They arrived on time and got their truck completely cleared out in just about three hours. They placed all of our furniture and personal items where they needed to be. It amazed us that what took four guys 4+ hours to pack took 2 guys only three hours to unpack. There was minimal breakage, thankfully. We know that's always expected. We had moving insurance to cover any really bad scenarios, but Nelson and Carlos were very careful with antiques, a 75" television, loads of boxes, dishes, etc. Their congenial, can-do attitude, coupled with the Ontrack office doing the planning behind the scenes made a complicated process basically stress free. We would recommend them for any residential long distance move. Their process was transparent, communication was clear, pricing was fair, and and professionalism was solid!
