This was my very first time I have relocated in my life. I moved from Denver to San Diego and booked the movers through Ace relocation. They were very professional. I had a video call with them initially to go through the items to be packed, a detailed explanation of options I have and regular updates. What I really likes about them is the customer centric and transparency in all communications and quick responses. They made my relocation experience a non stressful one!! Thank you Jennifer and Aaron!! Definitely recommend these guys..

Those involved in packing, moving, loading, and transporting our goods from Phoenix to Houston were outstanding and very professional. The scheduling for pick-up was a bit awkward in that I cooperatively adjusted the date as needed (due to the Thanksgiving holiday that is coming) but I was apparently more concerned about the needs of ACE personnel than the management as my credit card was put in question for the timing of the card needed to be the day before the pick-up and that had changed. Messy.

Ace did a fantastic job, coordinating our move. Their subcontractor, Haviaras Trucking, were fast, well prepared, and VERY nice. All-in-all, they made what could have been a tough experience very pleasant.

I had a great experience with Ace Relocation System Phoenix for a cross country move of a three-bedroom house from AZ to the east coast in June! The relocation coordinators communicated with me throughout the process including changes to pick up and delivery dates. My final bill was pretty close to the original estimate so no unpleasant surprises there. The crews at pickup and delivery were all very professional. The only issue at delivery was that some items had been disassembled and had to be reassembled. I've moved around a great deal, and this was my first positive moving experience.

Our service in Downers Grove was top-notch, white glove treatment but in Scottsdale, couldn't have been more of the opposite. We were informed it was to be Sunday around noon, then it changed to Sunday at 5:00, then it changed to Sunday around 8:00 PM. When you are expecting your entire life's belongings, don't you think you should be planning for this arrival? Through the text chain, you can clearly see this is not taken into consideration. Accepting this large of a delivery at 8:30 PM on a Sunday night, in my opinion is not right. Delivery in itself was handled in a VERY unprofessional manner. Upon arrival the attitude, condescending tones, and disrespect made me very uncomfortable from half of the crew. Do all clients stand with the clipboard checking in boxes because the movers cannot read the numbers or said it would be much quicker if they shouted numbers out for me to cross off, I thought I paid for a service? Do you know how difficult it is to ensure we have all the numbers while (3) crew members unload boxes 3-4 at a time rushing because it was late Sunday night? (this was made very clear when they told us they have families too and came out on a Sunday night to "get the job done" for us). The crew that we handled our packing in Downers Grove was top notch, very helpful, and professional looking/courteous. Handling of fragile boxes was not handled at all, multiple times we had fragile boxes smashed between other larger boxes, we just stood there in disbelief. Wardrobe boxes that we packed, taped and were full were opened from the bottom, other items were placed in there which makes me very uneasy that people could be going through our stuff that was taped up by ourselves! Not to mention, we had (2) instances that wardrobe boxes were flipped upside down and put back upright to make the move easier, is this acceptable moving practice because when we mentioned this to the driver, he made a sigh and said, "Are you serious, they did that?" We also had multiple items that are broken: $500 Trek Mountain Bike (2) $300 glass/mirror nightstands
