About Logan Square

Logan Square is an up-and-coming neighborhood just northwest of downtown Chicago. The area is home to many young twenty-somethings that work downtown because of the short commute and public transportation. Many lump Logan Square with the other nearby areas, Wicker Park, Roscoe Village, and Bucktown. Because of their proximity, these neighborhoods are all extremely similar. They’re flooded with young professionals, which is why bars and nightlife are popular. Bars like Lost Lake, Emporium, and the Logan Bar draw attention from people of all walks of life.

Not only does the locale have amazing bars and nightlife, they have some of the best restaurants and attractions in the city. Humboldt Park is a sacred Chicago landmark and its located on the southside of Logan Square. The Whale is the number one restaurant in the area and many families and millennials flock to the area during the day and late night. With a neighborhood as expansive and diverse as Logan Square, everybody can enjoy it to the fullest.

Logan Square is bordered to the north by W. Diversey Avenue and the east by N. Western Avenue. The south is bordered by W. Bloomingdale Avenue and the west is cut off by the CTA train line that runs north and south, just a few blocks east of Cicero Avenue.
