Our moving equipment consists of late model clean and sanitized moving trucks, high quality clean and sanitized moving blankets, professionally trained drug- and alcohol-free movers. We also manage a modern, secured and alarmed state-of-the-art storage facility. We are a team of committed professionals who realize that our customers ensure our future. Our goal is to provide superior world class service. We will strive to address each customer concern as if it is our only concern. I just want to say that Tyler and his crew were absolutely incredible while I was stressing over our move. They really eased my nerves about the move with their friendly service and fair estimates. By the time moving day came, the crew was extremely careful and efficient with my furniture and belongings. They worked their behind's off to package everything up and put it all together in the new house. I have recommended them to family and friends since the move. If I move again, I will not be stressing!!! thank you so much!

VERY UNHAPPY with the way Advanced Moving & Storage handled our move and the followup. They somehow lost a large framed picture of ours - AS ATTESTED TO BY ONE OF THEIR OWN MOVERS who told us “it got broken en route” — company took no responsibility for it and then tried to say perhaps it was left at our son’s garage where some of our other items were dropped off!!!!!! In addition, Day 1 of the 2-day move, 2 of the 6 movers were slackers (again, ATTESTED TO by one of their competent movers). Because of their payment policies, we had to pay up front and had no recourse or were given any compensation for the above. We were able to argue and get compensated for a portion of the incorrect driving time/distance we paid (again) for up front . We were charged 90 minutes of driving time for a 16 mile commute!!!

Exceptional and Outstanding service from the entire staff. Lynn and Donna from the office staff are very courteous, professional, supportive and helpful. They understood our needs and made the necessary adjustments for that. Abel and his crew did a great job on moving the furniture. It's hard work but they all did it with a pleasant smile on their faces. Superb overall.

Steven, Matthew and Jason did a phenomenal job of moving us. They were on time and finished slightly before estimated. They worked so hard and never slowed down. I am absolutely pleased with the service we received from the office personnel to the movers.
