We were in a pinch to move quickly for my husbands job, called many movers and Southbay had the best value of them all. Maribeth provided top notch customer service while giving estimates and arranging the move. She really went above and beyond! Brandon, the mover that assisted us, assured an easy move and put my family at ease about the whole situation. We were checked in on consistently and impressed with everyone involved. The crew was great, all went smoothly, professional, informative, and friendly. The only thing that would have been more assuring would a picture or two of are stuff tucked away nice and warm in the storage unit. Great experience, considering are circumstances, thanks, again.. I was very happy having this company as the company to help me with my move! The crew was right on time in the exact time frame I was given so I didn’t have to wait around all day for them. Jose, Juan, Mike, Miguel and Margarito were fantastic and went above and beyond in caring for my things. They even re-wrapped my cactus! Communication throughout was great. They are moving it to storage (which I’ve never done before) so I’ll keep you posted on the move in but the move out was seamless! Shoutout to Maribeth who I worked with from the quote throughout the move. She was responsive, quick to help AND….lowered the quote after they loaded the truck and realized the weight was lower than estimated (I purged a bunch) - who does that?? Amazing service from Maribeth!!

Southbay Moving Systems employees did an excellent moving job for me. They called ahead to confirm arrival and then showed up right on time. They were all very helpful, professional, friendly, and they have great customer service skills. Scheduling my appointment was also easy. Maribeth is very pleasant and is great at coordinating services efficiently. I highly recommend South Bay Moving Services again. I would definitely hire them again.
