Poor Communication. Horrible movers. I am a property manager and deal with moving companies on a daily basis. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. After my initial inquiry I received 19 text messages from Fabio, Alessandra and Lilian. Four people called me the week of my move to confirm my details that I already confirmed online.
